and here is the other early 1979 Shadow DN9/B
I'm new here, won't happen again
No Problem, many post their pictures here.
But i think it should look a bit more like this.
I have no idea of course sadly, of skinjobs.
But I'd like 1 of these.
I don't know who will make this one, but I wish him fun.
time will tell
... can you smell what the cook is cockin?
Question- How do you tell what part of the car you are painting? I went in to try to paint but the meshes are all over and hard to tell. I hate to spend 1-2 hrs just trying to figure out whats what. Can you create painting guides for each car?
wrong thread, delete, sry...
Guys! thank you so much for the great skins you give us every time.
On the templates which are available on Site 1 of this thread, you can see the parts of the car when opening the file in the paint program of your choice.. Some are quite easy to paint, some others are rather hard on a few parts.
Loving these 1978 skins. Any chance of a Ferrari, McLaren & a 1979 Williams too?
The stock AMS Brabham BT46B skin has a black wheel/rim at the front and a steel wheel/rim at the back. Is it possible to have the rear also totally black because it looks ' just better'?
Edit: And what about different helmet colours. Like we had in AMS1.
Any chance? Or am I missing something?
When I painted cars in the GTP mod for NR2003 I just as a start painted a numbered squared sheet upon the whole template.
Took the car out on track and made a screen dump of the actual car with the numbers + squares.
In iRacing I could just download a similiar template from another painter (if I recall ).
The folder of formula retros gen 2 does not work:
In game, the folder is called "formula_retro_g2" and of course the xml has the same name. But putting in liveries there does not work.
Correct name (which actually works) should be "f_retro_g2".
Separate names with a comma.
