    Greetings.

    first time starting the game
    RX 7800 XT + i5 14600KF at ~2K (3840x1080)
set ultra settings (SMAA ultra + SSAA ultra)
no upscaling - no frame generation

restarts game to apply the changes

=> Interlagos outer - sunny weather - no AI
175 FPS stunningly beautiful - smooth on 144hz monitor

game crashes while changing the in-car seat

=> restarting the game - no changes in settings - same track / same weather
80 FPS ?! stunningly beautiful - not smooth

turned off heat haze - set SSAA to medium
155 FPS less beautiful - smooth again

I'm currently reinstalling the game without much hope.
Thanks in advance for any kind of input.

    Cheers, Phil

So I'm running fast setting a lap time that for me is great.
I'm pushing it, feeling it, I'm having fun.
Fully immersed, completely involved, loving the game.
And then some stupid message about a lap sector time comes across the screen
and while I'm distracted by reading that BANG I'm in the wall.
Esc button out of the game and frustrated.
I want nothing on my screen but a windshield.
Where is the setting that shuts this off.
    Cheers

@rd.king Go on track > Press ESC > Hud Options > Messages > Turn the correct widget off.

You can't turn off Messages, but you can move them.

Oh I am certain that could, ha. Havent touched them for months. But I believe the lap sector is a hud-widget which can be turned off. Thanks for the clarify!

I thought we were getting a more customisable hud with v1.6?
I would love to be able to turn off and or move every element or even some parts separated from others.

Thanks. You can turn the visual split off, but not the messages, yes. Just tested it a bit again. You can hide Subtitles and Live Messages somewhere far away in your perifere sight. However, do note some of the messages that popup are important, like to 'Mandatory pitstop' and such. ;)

That would be amazing, yes. It's a well-asked request.

Merged topic: 'What's up with the monkeys at Velo Citta?'

Are they there in real life?

Can we have Moza bases and wheel profiles built into controllers like other well known brands please as som of the buttons on wheels are getting the wrong button assingnments, and that using any profile like custom or generic profiles, Moza are well established now and nothing is appearing with AMS2.

Hey all, what is the optimum brake pressure in AMS2 for hotlaps in GT3. Iracing had sweetspot of about 80% pressure, ACC was 100% with ABS. Where is that with AMS2?
