I do hope the Aussies get a little bit of love eventually but it took three 6 years to cover the United States (granted that included three extremely niche race disciplines with the stadium super trucks and oval racing both stock cars and Indycars which all needed a lot of extra design work) and now we're starting to move into Europe...

If they can do all of this in one year, (or even 2 realistically) I wouldn't be surprised if we start to see some Asian and Australian stuff maybe for the final year. I couldn't see a better region to end the incredible adventure that has been AMS 2. Fuji, Phillip Island, Surface Paradise, or perhaps Macau and some appropriate cars. Easily some of the most scenic places in the world that hold races regularly.

Besides the tons of amazing content you're cooking: Midgame Saving, Ingame schedueled mp races, split class scoring (please include that for livery overwrites :) ), friggin virtual safety car, custom mod BOP and still career mode on track for 2026... I can't really say what I'm looking forward to the most, it all sounds amazing and I'm so happy AMS2 is so sustainable that you can expand the studio for that

I also love the paragraph that I would interpret as "For where we couldn't get licensing deal done, expect us the fill the roster with our own cars", especially directly naming a few classes where I would absolutely love the see more of the Milano brand.

Also the dlc roadmap sounds like it will be about 7 car dlcs this year, so it's looking absolutely promising how much content is on the way.

Thank you so much for this writeup of the 2026 roadmap. I think everything that is in there is so much more than anybody could ask for. There are really so many things that took me by surprise you're actually doing it.

Here's a screenshot that somehow only appears in the article on steam:
PS: With DTM cars coming to AMS2 maybe there finally is a very tiny chance to see Oschersleben in AMS2?

Will we see BTCC / GT500 in AMS2 as the question was raised recently in a mod group and a few modders are looking into bring those vehicles in, but only if its viable as they will fund it via patreon.

    Modded vehciles mentioned - Laguna/Mondeo/Vectra/Accord/Volvo/A4/320i

Im so hyped for the New content, is amazing the way AMS2 is turning Into, no regrets of buying the game in 2023 and getting the dlcs, I Just Hope that with the crescent internacional popularity as well with content, some Brazilian content dont get left behind, like the New tracks we are having in Brazil like Chapecó and Cuiabá, as well some series and updated tracks. Wishing that Reiza dont leave the Brazilian motorsport too much behind, but the New content is surely awesome

The only problem of this game is that AIs in 1 second distance are attached all the race and for me this break the experience in AMS 2. Will there be improvements of this aspect ? I love AMS 2 for ffb, driving and graphic but not for this aspect.

Mid-session saves is something I've had on top of my wish list for a while... with more improvements coming to AI the experience is bound to get better and better!!!

    I can't wait!
With this passionate team, the development of AMS2, especially the content, can continue indefinitely, and we'll always be here to support them.
The only limit is the engine, but I'm sure REIZA is thinking about it, to prepare a physics and graphics engine that lives up to their dreams, which are also ours.
I was right to focus on this simulator in 2020.
Since the "Formula Armaroli" mod for RFactor, the REIZA team had already demonstrated its capabilities.
It was only a matter of time, and in fact today AMS2 is an increasingly solid reality.
    Thanks, REIZA.
    Keep it up.
    P.S.
Would a "modular career" be possible?
We have custom championships; by extending the concept, we could have a custom, modular, and adaptable career.
It would be enough to include the possibility of switching from one championship to another.
    But I don't know if that's possible.

A question, if it can be answered. Is this going to be in a human-readable format so that championship files can also be generated by third party career apps?

I second your notion regarding Oschersleben. It has such a great flow, and would really fit the DTM cars, too.

As for more fictional stand-ins... I wouldn't get my hopes up yet. The Milano was sort of a special situation. There's tons of different factors involved when it comes to licensing considerations, but the gist is that it's unlikely we will see other cars of that particular brand anytime soon IMHO (and I would expect things to be similar for other established real-world manufacturer look-alikes).
