Since the menu discussion is not dying out how about some animated clips on background of several menus like old games like GTR 2 used to had or something like the Gran Turismo 4 arcade menu?

Thats something that have been on my mind for a while, I even visualized in my mind a menu of an endurance focused game with multiple eras of sport car racing using that music i recommended on my previous post with things like when you are selecting a era of sport car racing like lets say 1990's the menu would be on a room with a projector from that time showcasing several real clips from that era such as in 1990's the CLR flying, some clips of famous group c cars of the era like the Mazda 787B, the Jaguar XJR 14, Mercedes Sauber C11, Peugeot 905 evo etc.

I guess my high functioning autism has its benefits lol

Yes but AMS 2 should also get the second DPi and fix/improve the damage for the Caddy DPi as well

 

DPis are outdated now, resources should go elsewhere. imo
also not a fan of a single dpi, but it is what it is.

Add some LMH and GT3LM class and flesh those out over the years, that makes the game future proof for the next 3-4 years.

 

I heard they were already working on a second DPi, it would make no sense to throw progress in the bin

But yeah after that i'd also prefer to focus to shift to the new hypercars

Most of the content in AMS2 is "outdated!" by 5-50 Years. The Rest is fictional or brazilian series.

 

Yes, have you not yet been hit by a chunk of rubber debris flying up from the track? It isn't fully/properly implemented yet, but the basic feature is already there (for a long time).

 

Yes i've got coolant leak by tyre debri before.
I just wonder tyre debri stick to rolling tyre or not by compound types.

 

I just hope it's the Mazda RT24P, both because it's my fav' DPi. And because Reiza having a relationship with Mazda opens the door for a couple of fantastic cars that I'd love to drive in AMS2 like the MX5 cup and an early 90's prototype I don't need to name.
But anyway, yeah if the second DPi is already in the works get it out the door and move on to hypercars asap.

"Future proof" for what ? In a game with cars and tracks from over 50 years ago. There should be a lot more historical tracks and cars instead of any focus on modern stuff. Group A for example has only 2 cars when there should be 6.
