Yes, it's true, DR 2.0 on gravel is great but tarmac physics are flawed. Plus there's almost no FFB on tarmac. The rest is superb though, especially the car roster and the quality.
I personally thought PC2 RX was still a bit too slidey but overall indeed impressive. If that can be further improved it'd be fantastic.

 

CHEESE!!?! The update must be imminent!



And speaking of cheese rolling - I've live spectated this marvel and 10/10 would do it again.

Next april fools reiza should add the cheese car why not have a meme car at the game just for the lolz? i Mean Raceroom have the shopping carts

There's much to improve in the off-track physics still, but I'm confident that given the time and resources Reiza can improve pretty much every aspect of this sim, so we'll have to be patient, wait and see

If the Adrenaline pack fixes the 'magnet' grass behavior (so it won't suck you into the barriers with the tiniest of touches as if it's made of the slipperiest substance known to man like the Forza Motorsport grass does lol) I'll already be super happy, will be much easier to push the limits of any tarmac track without being too harshly punished, specially on rallycross tracks where it's much easier to go on the grass!

 

I know this is a really bad idea considering the state of ovals in AMS 2. But I would absolutely NOT mind some sort of dirt oval car alomg with a dirt oval in a future dlc. It'd be a gimmick 100%, and it's not something I would choose to focus on right now. But there is such a large community of dirt oval racers that shouldn't be ignored. I think there are a LOT of people across the pound who would enjoy that style of racing but otherwise wouldn't try it.

 

Fair enough and i think iRacing (AKA wallet dryer) is the only sim to include them atm

 

SRX The Game is available on consoles and PC and has AWESOME dirt oval and asphalt oval racing. I played over 40 hours of it so far and will play more.

Their previous game "All American Racing" is specifically about dirt oval racing".

Their newest game World of Outlaws only for consoles unfortunately, all about dirt oval racing.

iRacing is not the only game available that has this type of racing.

In reality you can play any game for less than 120 minutes within first two weeks and you can get your money back on steam.

 

In reality you can play demos without having to first give them money, then have to keep extra careful not to go over 2 hours in case you still want your money back and then go through the extra steps to ask for a refund and wait up to several days to get your money back.

The refund system is NOT playing demos.

Agreed this solution has its drawbacks, but certainly anyone who wants to try out the full game, actually has the opportunity. I think people rather don't use it because they are afraid they might not get their money back.

 

You always get your money back if under two hours but don't abuse the system or they will
email you saying it's not for testing games like I had
