I hope Reiza will implement more graphics settings for replay only which I could lower. Because in VR I can get fluid frame rate in cockpit-gameplay with my Pimax but in replay the frame rate drops massively and I get stuttering and ghosting when cars move by very fast.
I also get ugly blurry backgrounds (because of a weird depth of field effect?) in replays in VR.
Maybe this all gets sorted with new VR replays and less demanding on frame rate or with separate graphics sliders for replays...

And, now that VR gets some love with the new upcoming replays maybe Reiza will also patch the parallel projection problem for Pimax users with canted displays like the devs did with rFactor2...PLEASE! We lose so much FPS in VR with this damned parallel projection mode....

The future is more bright than i thought it would be. The agile board/active sprints items shows and proves the modern software development you guys are doing. Bravo.
Just got a simcube 2 pro so I’ll probably drool even more than i already did before :p

It's not really part of the game, but is there something like the Virtual Xperience site planned for AMS2 ?
    TIA.

One could build so many computers chips with the enormous amount of "silicon" in this picture!

@Renato Simioni Are you guys by any chance planning on implementing DLSS 2.0? Is it possible for the engine?

Reiza, I don't know if you are aware of this, but when we google for "automobilista 2 official website" we find nothing at least on the first two search pages. Maybe there are people that don't access this forum and can't find AMS2 website. I myself wanted to take a look at the official website today and had to search for the address here, since Google showed me nothing.

    Silicone != silicon.

Speaking of which, I happen to be allergic to silicone. Good thing at least computers are made with silicon instead. :D

Great to hear that Buskerud is comming back :)
Hopefully Speedlands will find his way back, too!. And maybe some more Kart tracks, there are also some in Taruma, Brasilia, Curitiba, Goiania, Velopark.
And it's good to see that the Karts make some steps forward, too. Because they were a little bit too much disregarded in the last time.
So, as always, great news and I'm very excited what will come in the next updates and future, keep on going, Reiza :D!

    Agree!

    And let's not forget:
    • Porsche driver development track at Silverstone...good for karts, road cars and lower-powered race cars
    • Jerez has a nifty kart track nestled into one corner of the main track
    • Kansai/Suzuka has amusement park kart stuff to be ignored, but the "South Course" is great for karts or driver development stuff
    • Kyalami has a cool driver development/karting track inside it
    • VIR has a nice little kart track
    • Floripa (great regular track and kart tracks from AMS that I believe are fictional or based on something somewhere else than Florianopolis)
    • Buenos Aries has an awesome kart track associated with the main track
    • Remaining layouts of the kart tracks from AMS that we already have in AMS 2
      • Granja Viana (2 layouts)
      • Londrina (1 layout)

This was / is a fictional. As I remember, years ago, Reiza did a small project for rF1 to built a (fictional) track in one or some few days. And Florinapolis was the result.
Although it's fictional and I don't like such tracks, it has a good flow and yes, I'm missing it a little bit as well as the Kart track.
By the way, Buenos Aires is needed absolutely. The normal race track (long / short), a historic and Kart version :)

Some of the old ISI fictional tracks are all-time classics, too.

Speaking of ISI/S397, knowing there is a relationship that occasionally allows for some sharing of assets with Reiza, the most awesome transfer would include Atlanta Motorsports Track (karts and regular), though I doubt S397 would offer it. These things all require separate licensing regardless of whether it's in one sim or another.

This would be a great deal!
Atlanta Motorsports has such an interesting terrain although it's from the allknown German track designer (so far I know) and he isn't my favourite track designer.

I'm watching an F3 championship and I must say that the UI looks needs some reworking. First pic is the original, second one is a mock up UI I did with Photoshop:

    upload_2020-9-3_22-10-46.png

    upload_2020-9-3_22-8-55.png

In my opinion the mock up is much more pleasing to watch :D

Of course making it with Photoshop is much easier than doing it in the game, but I believe AMS2 would benefit a lot from a UI lift up (especially regarding the font, which imo should be sans serif and definitely not serif!)
