I wouldn’t expect a game update necessarily but hopefully there’s a dev blog update
Not a game update? I believe the September one is well and truly due.
4 days ago they said they were working on the september update and needed a few more days. So I expect it to be released today
I hope it !
I confess that I am very anxious
2 patches in October!
ah. get in on my birthday
"We are still working on the final touches for our upcoming Automobilista 2 update as well as the new cars and tracks to be introduced with it - in order to ensure all the new developments are working well, we have opted to slightly delay it for some further fine tuning.
The update is now scheduled to go live on Friday October 2nd.
Our regular Monthly Development Update (usually published on the final day of the month) is likewise slightly delayed and will be published on October 5th."
If only there was an official forum where they could post these announcements instead of Twitter and Facebook...
Why are you folks so excited for this update?
I don't think Reiza has fixed most of the issues the game currently has. Are you looking for the GT3 pack? If so, AC/ACC/iRacing already do a very good job on that.
offtopic: I can't seem to find the Ferrari 488 GT3 mod for AMS1 anywhere (even on RD, went page by page on the downloads and couldn't find it). Anybody got a link for that?
Strange that the update drops a few days before the blog about it! Not a complaint, just found it weird not to read about it until after it's out.
I don't speak for anyone else, but not excited for this update in particular, but always good to get updates that improve the product and nice to pick through the new bits and pieces of content to see what looks interesting.
The info finds its way here in a matter of minutes anyway, may as well post it where it reaches more people.
The monthly Development update is not about the current update. What you are looking for are the release notes and they always come with the update.
Right you are
What information do you have on the patch?
I don't speak for anybody else, but the September entry on the roadmap gives me something to look forward to, personally...
i am nursing a semi , till november
but its now October! which spells nurburgring
Beta info only, and that on itself isn't much anyway.
What I mean is that Reiza has had too little time to fix away most of the crucial things, and I would be surprised if this new build will live up for the expectations people are having here.
I sure hope this next patch will make me look like a fool on this thread, but I don't really expect that to happen, unfortunately.
I recently got back playing AMS1 and that jewel is making me look at AMS2 not as hopeful as before. Funny enough, I've been playing AC and iRacing this whole time and neither of them made look down at AMS2 as AMS1 is doing rightnow lol
