To those of you bashing GamerMuscle... If you truly believe he gets it early just to give a positive review, you clearly don't watch his videos or know how it works.

Of course he (and no doubt others) gets it early so he has time to produce a video with actual production quality, and get it out at or around the time of this release. It's not a bribe for a positive review, but it does of course create more awareness and buzz within social media and the sim racing community to have sim content creators covering the game.

Please go flex your conspiracy theory brain somewhere else.

 

Cheers GM, all understood and more than reasonable it wasn't a criticism of you (maybe a little lol at previous Rezia don't post YouTube video messages though), they are a business, you help get the word out. I like many of your videos, you have a unique style that is often quite entertaining.

I'm one of those who like PCARS2 (& AMS) so I'm looking forward to seeing what they've done with the place.

If your download does not auto start, do this:

1. Right click on Automobilista 2
2. Click Manage then Uninstall
3. Then hit the Install button again and it will start.

I had to do this for it to start downloading..

How to launch it in VR

same as project cars 2 , it has two separate launchers , one of the great things with madness engine and I think AMS 2 has a chance to be a big hit with VR driving fans

 

where have you been the last 6 months

 

in short it's AMS graphics with pCars 2 weather, lights, and many others things with AMS 1 content and FFB.


but now, the major issues are
- no wipers, no headlights, can't race night or rain (you need to update this very very fast please)....
- FFB has no effect off road, when you slide....unlike rF2 where we can feel all the tires load (the major FFB issue for me which needs a hard work), but it's superior to pCars 2 I think in this state but inferior to ACC about tire load feeling. I don't feel the turns like rF2 or ACC. And can't feel the curbs like in pCars 2...
- Cockpit Camera never saved
- HUD settings not possible (no virtual mirror)
- No free cam to configure bonnet or other views....
- No visual damages

Congratz REIZA, you have made a great job, it's for sure far far better than AMS1 (I will NEVER play again with AMS), but you need really to push more, to be at ACC level or rF2 level. I trust in you. It depends in how many time you can change the game ( I don't talk about the AI )

edit 1 : the H shifter works and the gearbox is far better than pCars 2 or rF2 but with many issues.

edit 2 : NO MORE MINI, but the SPRINT cars are awesome, I can feel the tire load with the FFB (but not the crubs)
