If they somehow get a proper licensed current Indycar in I think a lot of Indy fans will be set for life (well, the offline ones anyway, sorry iRacing )

iRacing has implemented AI in the last couple of years. I'm hyped to have an alternative, though.

I'm really confident in what Reiza can give us, specially in the long run [I expect issues at first, it is natural. But they have proven how they love the product and how they make a great effort to get things right].

Don't forget it's like 3PM over at Reiza HQ, last week's AMS2CommunityPics post on twitter was also past 8PM cest so the lads are most likely still at work

I don't think I should have to remind anyone that updates are never promised to release BEFORE the end of the month...only near to the end of the month. And regardless, the end of the month is still two days away. And, the longer we wait, the better the result/fewer issues with all the new content and features.

I didn't think much of full course yellows being added in 1.4 other than "Oh, that's a neat feature" but all of a sudden I'm an advocate for them to be added ASAP

Or Reiza could simply add a Crash Mode, as in Burnout series

I've had the same experience. The other day I did a 8 lap MP race at bathurst with open setups, set engine braking to 8, TC to 10. No spins, no slides, no problems. A couple of hours later; same race pretty much including track temps, but with fixed setups so could only change TC. Sliding and sketchy braking into corners after a couple of laps. Totally different experience. Avoiding going down to first even in the really slow corners helps a bit, but you lose a lot of time given how long 1st is in the 720S. Obviously, this kind of makes sense, but seems like a massive difference given the engine braking is described/characterised as 'driver preference' rather than anything fundamental.

The current version of the 720S is getting real hot rear tires extremely fast unless you take big measures to improve that and even then sometimes it is a riot.
v1.4 will hopefully show improvements on that.
