The lobby/heat structure implementation will either make or break the DLC. Rallycross is already a niche format, one I absolutely love, but one with unique requirements. The lack of practice was the biggest sticking point for new players, not to mention the 6 car limit. PC2 limited it to 6 cars given that's how WRX held races, but many other series easily ran 8-10+ on similar tracks.

When it's done correctly, it's insanely good fun. I used to run a weekly RX event in Pcars2 and 60's Mustangs on dirt was one of the most fun things we'd ever done in that game. The same group has been hyped for RX in this game since day 1.

I know a heat race system would require a lot of rework on the MP side to allow only a few cars out and everyone else spectates, but the few times I've used it in iRacing it was fun. The races are short enough that you're not sidelined to long, but you know whoever makes it through is your competition for the next round.

I'm an obvious candidate for the Paddock Club, with close to a thousand hours in-sim now, but...I'll have to really think about what I'd usefully contribute for the price of entry, other than bragging rights, of course .

Exactly. The late Group C is famous for above 400 km/h speeds. I love the shot of the 956 and 962 Porsches coming down Hunaudieres at high 300 speeds after the start. There are videos of that.

With the new RX content, I'd love to see fictional dirt surface versions of any number of the tracks already in game. Probably a non starter for licensing reasons, but just imagine ragging that VW Polo round a gravel version of your favourite track

 

i'd like to see massive hill climbs to go with the RX content, 5 to 10min climbs would be awesome

 

will the bugatti circuit be included in the le mans dlc?

 

So much cool new stuff, and I'm looking forward to cars like the 2019 Stockcar getting 1.5

 

Nascar heat had oval dirt tracks like Las Vegas dirt, Bristol Dirt.... I wonder if it's possible for Reiza to release a Brand Hatch dirt, a Gateway Dirt.... License fees apply they if Reiza changes the tarmac to dirt?

The pinnacle of motorsport (for me) - Le Mans - will add so much more value to the sim. The late LMP1s (either 2014, 2015 or 2016) would be absolutely outstanding, especially if they could be made considering their different hybrid-systems. I'm dreamin'

I know my plans for x-mas holidays. Do some proper 24h endurance races in France.

 

I do hope for the Bugatti Circuit, because that would also push 1967 F1 to 8 of 11 Circuits, including 5 (6 with 70s Bugatti Circuit) nearly era appropriate versions.

 

If you can make the Lancer´s turbo flutter like in AMS1 I´ll put it as my alarm sound on my phone!

 

A 1979 layout with the faster Tertre Rouge, Porsche corners, and new Dunlop bridge would be more than fine, as it was used until 1985. Dunlop would be flatout and there would not be a kink braking into Mulsanne.

 

I mean 704 Games was able to get Richmond to add a dirt varient to NASCAR Heat. So maybe Gateway dirt isn't as unrealistic as it seems, would certainly be interesting to race on!

Also was ihr da leistet ist echt mal eine Starke Sache.
Das 1.5 Physic Update auf das Stockcar Events in allen kann ichs kaum erwarten, und auch die Neuen Formula Junior sind ein Gedicht diese zu fahren.
Aber jetzt kommts also die P1 Serie ist echt mal eine klasse in sich Super Arbeit.
Ich bin ein grosser Fan der Reiza Studios und werde es auch weiter hin bleiben.
