Was Automobilista 2 really left out of the Summer Sale?

I think it's just started, sometimes it takes a while for the prices to update! Maybe?

I can't speak yet for the new content, but the tire developments have made the limit of grip better defined. From the tests I've done comparing the beta to the current base game build, the old build had a "randomness/oscillations" in the peak grip that is gone with the updates. Cars are still playful, but the micro-corrections it wants at the limit are much more subtle. If you're comfortable with cars that move a lot, you may not notice that much of a difference, but I think it'll help players who need a more stable car.

It took directly A-B testing the two builds to realize how big the 1.5 tire updates are.

Are the cars added after 1.4, which according to Renato already have elements of the 1.5 physics, feel considerably different in the Beta?
For example the Nissan R390 GT1 and R89c?

1.5 updates are only there for the cars OP says there are. Beta might have a few more, but by far not all of them are updated.

The undertray revisions surely make a difference, but the tire upgrade is the far, far more important one.

I'm not sure we're allowed to talk about which cars currently have revisions in the beta and which cars don't. So you are probably going to have to wait on that comparison - but who knows, maybe we do, too. :D

My understanding is that once 1.5 is officially released, all cars will be brought up to the physics standards of the select group of cars that has already received them in version 1.4.8. Is this correct?

I believe there's a way in the "beta" options of the base game to roll back to the previous full release. If you want to A-B the difference and don't mind the annoying download, try the Formula Classic Gen 4's. Model 2 in that class changed massively IMHO, it felt much closer to the good characteristics of the F-USA 23.

If that is directed to me, I was more specifically asking about tintops released after 1.4 (which have a small part of the 1.5 update implemented), to see how much of a difference there is between those and the full 1.5 build, as tintops generally feel very different to formula cars anyway and I am not a big fan of formula cars in general.
