If you mean defeats, then I know, but I was just showing that my statement was correct

Reiza probably made a boatload of money by reopening access to the beta...

Access to alpha builds next and Reiza will buy EA to get full control over the Madness Engine.

I agree completely. It'd be more expensive to buy EA than to start a space program and launch a satellite.

That is what I understood from a podcast where Renato talked, like a year ago or so.

They have the ability to make any changes to the engine that they need to, at least for AMS2. (Are they allowed to base AMS3 on the Madness Engine? Maybe.)

But that's not what full control means. Full control means that they're allowed to resell it to other developers? Does Reiza have that kind of full control?

I'm not sure, but Straight4 is using the Madness Engine as, at minimum, a test mule for their game. Look at the demo with the AI commentary team. They would have needed access to the Madness Engine source code to make that, which means they licensed it from whoever has full control over it. Maybe they bought it from EA and maybe they bought it from Reiza. But they bought it from somebody, and it's not like Straight4 and EA have announced that they're in some kind of partnership.

Haha, i know right? I think i've been loading this page a couple times a day for the last week. Ever since i knew of the adrenalin packs existence, i've been foaming in the mouth at the thought of it.

Now that we are so close, i find it hard to play AMS2 and i have been playing BeamNG or Wreckfest and some Dirt Rally just to get some dirt between my toes.

I miss playing my number one sim. RELEASE IT NOW!
Just kidding mostly, take your time, it will be great and any day now.............

    PS, EDIT...whatever
Hey Reiza, I hope you don't mind, but i hijacked your image for my avatar

no thank you. I do not want SUV, cross over or jacked up hatches in AMS2. The resources can be used to bring other cars. Not joke cars.

go play forza if you want joke cars like SUV.

You joke but in the snowy mountains, the 4x4 Pandas with winter tyres destroy 95% of the modern SUVs, they fly up.

Sounds ridiculous I know, but true.

How about an 800cc Suzuki? I had one, it was a blast. So light my mates and I picked it up and turned it around when we got stuck in the snow. Ripping.

Haha, I bet they are a proper giggle to drive. It's funny you should say that, I had a similar experience while working in Japan. Late at night a guy had tried to take a shortcut across the piste and got stuck on a wooden bridge, it was close to falling off into the frozen river so he came to our cabin to ask for help, so my colleagues and I went to see what we could do.

In the end we managed to dead lift the thing and I couldn't believe it! It was a similar type of car, some light, 4x4 jeep thing.

Crazy deep snow that night and a crazier choice of route so I've always figured that large amounts of Sake gave him pretty unfair expectations of his 4x4.
