Automobilista 2 June 2023 Development Update

Until Beta is at "not for media" state nothing can be shared with the public.
Like Crimson said, a lot of progress has been made, but some things still need fine tuning before release. Completely worth though.
I have to say very rarely in the beta forum the vast overwhelmingly majority of comments have been so enthusiastic about changes applied on practically any car that gets v1.5 overhaul. And the amount of beta users is much bigger then it used to be due to the new backing campaign.

 

im not sure sharing what all the tracks etc are is a good idea, the track and car list is not yet released publicly as far as i know

They have announced all tracks and all, but two RALLYCROSS cars. They haven’t announced any other classes other than RALLYCROSS and RALLYCROSS karts

Hooray for the paddock club and all the leaks it brought!

 

Can anyone comment on the dirt force feedback? Curious what effect it will have on custom files.

Even if there is silence, there is still a message in the silence. Reiza are working their socks off rn, im not sure people outside the paddock club know this…

 

Well I can confirm that and you mean the AMS2 paddock club

 

Even then it only takes a minute to post a message about a delay, wether it is a dev update or game update delay.....

 

All i can say is that when v1.5 drops, you’ll want to book a week off work or call in sick…

If it's okay for me to ask : how's the AI holding up? I heard there'll be improvements and I'm curious on how substantial they are since it's one of my only real grievances with the sim

Meanwhile theres still plenty to do on the public version. Go give the f-usa23 (which has v1.5 physics) a blast around (and far from) Cleveland
