I would implore people to be a lot less anxious for this. Chances are it's gonna come tonight at 2 in the morning for us Europeans, if even that.

That "24 hours" statement has, I feel, been taken far too literally.

 

He's writing an entire novel... Under his pseudonym, Renato Simulazione. Or was it Renato SimOnly, can't remember...

 

let him write and don't ping him all the time, he doesn't like that... for every ping he hangs an hour...

 

He hasn’t been online for over 5 and a half hours so I don’t think he knows how many have pinged him

Renato: if some video were produced during the "construction" work of a car or a track, perhaps "from this part of the screen", we users would better understand how much time it takes to work on the physics of the car and add every detail of the track.
Without revealing any secrets, but just to make it clear that taking the time to take care of every detail is very important.
Perhaps it could help to cool down the atmosphere of those, myself included, expecting a Christmas present with every announcement, ready for ... right away.

 

No video is needed. The process is long and tedious. And full dev video would be boring as hell and without full video there wont be any sense of effort so it's not going to work.

I prefer Reiza to focus on actual delivery rather than proving that things take time. They ain't slackers.

It's interesting how PC2 had the ability to *simulate flat spots, but it took until years later with AMS2 until it felt like it made a performance difference. PC2 was very forgiving about lockups, but AMS2 will absolutely punish you for flat spotting a formula tire now.

Edited because I swear auto-correct tries to make things inappropriate.

 

Flatspotting in AMS2 doesn't seem nearly as aggressive as that of rF2, though.
