where is the update i have been drinking for few reiza days and am very desparate

 

At this point I've checked the homepage of Live For Speed because I think the Scirocco will arrive earlier than this dev update. I'm not even kidding...

 

I haven't messed with gearing yet, but the suspension range is still very soft. You can't get it to touring car levels of stiffness, but they're good fun. They work great on anything technical with short straights, Salvador Street Circuit is a good example. Plus they glide over the old "Salvador Death Chicane..."

When a scientists announces a devblog incoming but everyone ignores him and all a sudden an update drops and it clears everything on the forum and members need to survive until a new one will be released....

 

Speaking of the contents of this devlog, only just hit me that I may or may not have prophesised the coming of Le Mans a year or so back Thank me later, everyone /s

Speaking of, if we wanna start some crazy, probably unrealistic speculation...

Renato just decided to travel to the US while a certain street circuit is being put up.

99.9% probably not what his trip is for... But I find the timing to be interesting.

 

Alternately, the IndyCar series is at Iowa this weekend, NASCAR is at Pocono, and IMSA's GT cars are at Lime Rock.

If he's scouting out Racing USA content, there's plenty of stuff that's actually happening this weekend that he could be researching.

 

I've got another theory, although it is quite outrageous and possibly beyond the realm of believability (almost embarrassed to say it in public).. but.. what if... he is.. and these are dangerous words I admit.. what if he is actually.. going on holiday to relax!

 

That's great for him. But you generally don't post "incoming" when you know that you're going on holiday. You write something like, "Sorry guys that I didn't get the dev update posted, but I'm about to go on holiday. I'll get the update out sometime next week."

In the big picture, it doesn't really matter. We'll get the dev update when we get the dev update and we'll get 1.5 when it's ready. But it is kind of tough to tease everyone with the idea that it was coming.

If it wasn't for the history with this kind of thing, I'd actually be a little worried about Renato at this point. But if it is was a trick to create engagement in the forum, it certainly worked.
