You actually got the holy trinity of mid 2000s GT2 oddballs, you crazy crazy people. I hoped for the TVR, but never imagined you'd get both the Spyker and Panoz too. Love it.

My hat's off and my wallet is open for your licencing hounds, artists and I can't wait to hear that Panoz and TVR!

    Formula Updates ✅
    Endurance 2005 ✅
More tracks + historical layouts ✅

Now the path is clear to focus on DTM and BTCC until the end of the year, the future is bright

You spelled '1970s sportscars' incorrectly ;)

I knew they were going to include the Panoz ever since I saw the "Panoz Racing School" billboards at Road Atlanta in 2005.

The 2005 Maserati GranSport Trofeo is a really cool surprise. I hoped for a new kind of cup race class and this one looks amazing for online and offline racing. It even has paddle shifters which is not common in the mid-2000s.

BTW my guess is the GT1 Milano will be a gift for all AMS2 users as Reiza tends to give us 'generic' models for free (those madlads)!

I'd like to point out that we were getting 8 new cars for likely $10. And the first part of Historic Endurance is currently on sale for $2.49. That's just insane amount of value for the money.

Yeah that is my guess too. It's also great for starters to have a free GT1 car to try

To be fair, the most loyal playerbase is right here. I don't want to make this a big deal, but it is strange to post on X and not on this forum.

I'm a bit confused... Is the next update 1.6.9.85, or are these new cars coming in 1.6.9.9?

Yes, but anything posted on their socials reaches this forum within a minute anyway. And the socials also reach others as well as us.

Are we thinking this is the complete list for the pack? I'm inclined to agree and perfectly happy with the GT focus if so - I said anything beyond the TVR would be a bonus and boy is there a lot of bonus - but would be good to know for sure soon rather than hold out hope for any prototype inclusions.

    Am also curious about this.

What does it matter though, it is literally just an arbitrary number :p

They said they're "on the verge of another major update" so I won't hold my breath for any surprise LMP drop this close to an update release :(

Maybe Reiza changed the version number last minute since they can push out a "major update" now

I’m sure there will be LMP, endurance is not just GT and it miss some LMP1 and 2 like Courage C65, Zytek LMP1 Dome S101 or Pescarolo C60
But honestly this update will be :rolleyes::rolleyes:

I agree, but I'm starting to suspect that for Reiza it's not "just a number", given how the version numbers are asymptotically approaching v.1.7. It's as if Renato has a giant timeline on the wall in his office where "v1.7: Career" is one of the significant post-it notes.

If that's the case, don't be surprised if the version numbers end up like this:
    1.6.9.85: Formulas & 2005 GTs
    1.6.9.9: 1970s sportscars
    1.6.9.95: BTCC & DTM
1.6.9.99: the rest of the content shown in the 2026 Dev update
1.6.9.999: JustRace & LFM directly from the AMS2 UI
    1.7: Fully fletched-out career mode
    :p

Looks like GTB from the numberplate. I assume 'B' stands for 'Belgium' :p

The pedant in me wants to point out this is software versions, not decimals.

    It's perfectly acceptable to go 1.6.9.10 !

    (Not vaguely important, I know!)

No, the M3 GTR has blue numberplates. The Gillet has green numberplates and on the red livery it looks like it reads GTB

Ah thanks, that screenshot is pretty clear. I was looking forward to finally having another contender fir the M3. Anyways, we'll see when it drops.
