    Particularly useful in online lobbies at Long Beach. Some people still don't understand that crossing over pit exit invalidates your lap. :mad:

    That is not true... I don't mean no collision inside the pit lane, but out on the track itself, far away from the pit entry/exit.

    The most serious comfort for me is the Grid with 60 AI. I hope they put it in the Endurance Pack

    The ghosting starts in the last corner before the pit entry and ends a few seconds after the exit. Have no problem with that, as the AI tend to move over to the racing line quite rude after their stop. Before entering the pitlane, they also do some strange moves on many tracks.
    They are also lined up very close to each others in pitlane on many tracks and would crash there all the time when trying to leave their spot without ghosting.

    Beside that, I have not seen any ghost cars in singleplayer.

    Judging from what I can see under the hood it's the AI that is the reason tracks are capped at such low levels...

    Maybe it's too taxing on the average users system or maybe they need to recode that part of the engine to increase the numbers of AI before they start getting doubles... But the limiting factors seem to point to the AI...

    So what is the first car you'll take around the Gesamtstrecke?


    It'll be hard to go past the Vintage Gen 1 cars... But the Group C cars are calling me...

    Yeah, in its current state the AI have, frankly, been lacking the "I" for a while so I'm guessing the priority would be to get them working properly before doubling (or more) the amount of them on track

    I wouldn't go that far... They are intelligent... Especially when compared to other sims in relation to how they react around the player car...

    They just don't have fuel weights and various other elements that break the simulation of anything but a sprint race...

    Yeah, on second thought I may have been a bit excessive but it's mostly just because of my personal gripes related to their understanding of track limits (especially given the dirt build-up feature, it has a bit of a habit of turning every track into a rallycross course after a few laps) and occasional other moments like their still present habit of bunching up into packs
    They're still fun to race against, they just need a bit of tweaking to really get them to full potential

    Renewing my request for an old F2 or F3 car. Literally the best possible track for these.

    Why not take a generic model and mod yourself an F2 or F3...?
