Do a thumbs up everybody who thought that at the beginning when the guy starts introducing the car and before we see his face, it was Nils Naujoks?! Is the wait for 1.6 getting to me and I'm just losing it or they sound very similar?

 

Then i guess you have not see my many posts where i criticized many aspects of the AI around the time the Endurnace DLC came out which lead to many improvements both in the subsequent smaller updates and from what i heard big improvements in the upcoming 1.6 update.

People critique many things here but it really is about the way you express that criticism. Just saying "X thing sucks and needs to be fixed right now" is not how to get a point across.

I think Bernie lives in Brazil and have some links to F1 too.

Although thinking about it, he'll probably hide it behind some TV licensing deals and we'll end up with some shady business in the end...

For folks suffering from update anxiety I´d suggest to pick a test day at old Nurburgring, mid october early morning, 911 RSR 74´
Drive slow, like half throttle a gear too high and calm down.

 

wow EA is pathetic. They blame the license as "not valuble enough" when Formula 1 is more popular than ever, instead of themselves for putting out awful games year after year, cutting corners, cheapening out, then wondering "where did the fans go?"

 

EA having exclusive rights to make F1 games has been terrible. Competition breeds innovation. If several devs had been making F1 games over the past 15 years, we'd have FAR better F1 titles.

 

I bought every game up until last year. Game was a EA style copy and paste.

they murdered the game with their EA nonsense. Codemasters should never have been sold. Feel sorry for the devs, they are likely to be out of a job if this is true.

 

They must be paying a fortune for it tho...

 

I miss so much F1 2020 and the retro cars...

 

IMO they should license the races and everything else to anyone who wants so they could get more exposure which in turn means more money

Very excitedly anticipating the update. The sim's just got better and better as time's gone on. Hopefully this update brings a wave of new players and the sim gets the wider recognition the team deserve

 

Just being sarcastic and ironic, no intention to be detrimental of his feelings, just the way he posted his feeling was quite...let's say... exasperated....

And while I can understand him in a way on the other hand I can't stop repeat myself...come ooon it is just a game!

 

Not a request, just a thought...
In AC, with Content Manager, there was (I don't know if it still exists) a mode to deploy AIs in from of us and remove them behind (adjustable distances), keeping car count low and, at the same time, the track "full of cars".
It was really fun to drive Nords with that setup. Like a real trackday!
