Something I've seen before a number of times in this forum:

"Which tracks do you want in AMS2?"
    "I want Road America."
"Road America is already in the game."
"Oh, my bad, I meant Road Atlanta."

Now that Road Atlanta is confirmed to be coming to AMS2 that problem is finally solved. :)

And their "honest reviews", which i am glad they put that text in the name / thumbnail so i can avoid the other dishonest ones.

This all sounds excellent. After 1.6 get the multiplayer sorted and a decent career mode added and this game will be awesome.

    All of this sounds amazing!

I play exclusively on a gamepad. Is there any sense from those doing testing if the new physics makes it easier to drive, harder to drive, or the same but different?

The two 1.6 tire updates (Brazilian Stock and F1 Ultimate G2) in the previous update felt amazing. Just curious if I can expect the same with other classes.

    That's really cool!

Is it a canned effect based on what the racing line should be, or will it only be cleared organically by actual people driving over the track? Like, if people all decide to drive off the expected racing line, what will be cleared, the normal racing line, or what people actually drive?

Feature request down the road: being able to adjust the speed at which the track dries up, just like the rest of the weather. Being able to decide if the track dries up realistically, or make it go faster based on time acceleration and/or number of drivers would be swell.

I am playing AMS2 almost exclusively now. Will you be updating the wheelbase options to include Fanatec Clubsport DD, & what about Canam cars, they could be epic.
    Keep up the great work

Magnificent. Road Atlanta is one of my global favourites, so very happy to see that one make the cut. I was lucky enough to be trackside for PLM one year and it's a great facility to spectate at.

The BMW, Porsche and Mercedes having their sadly-soon-departing compatriot join is excellent (and, important for me, looks like you've convinced Audi to let you use the Reiza style number plates and liveries!). I hope one future Audi may be eligible for the 70s touring car class.

And that's just a start? Very impressive, your art and physics guys have been busy! Look forward to discovering the other additions for v1.6, two more IMSA tracks and four more cars? Will have fun guessing. A bit of a decrease in value with only 5 cars in the pack for the same price as the 7 in Part 1 but I know those licenses and staff don't come cheap and I can justify a couple of bucks per car and five per track.

And seven new brands? Guessing Audi, Oreca, Acura, Ford, Ferrari and Aston Martin? And then one of Lexus or Lamborghini? Either way, superb work all around and I hope there's some AI improvements to discuss in pt2 too.

I really like the windscreen effects, that adds a huge amount of immersion for me.

It's going to be a very long June waiting for news of release whilst Nurburgring, Le Mans and Spa 24 Hours all take place!

Afraid no Mid Ohio on the schedule this year, most likely it will be Mosport with an outside bet of Detroit. What a pack Road Atlanta, Mosport and Sebring would be though. Three of the best driver circuits in the world IMO. Hopefully a future historic track pack could have 70s or 80s versions of each too...

From the dev update, I'd say not before July.

    Great program, I can't wait.
The IMSA Track Pack contains 3 tracks while 4 tracks are currently missing in AMS2 to have the entire IMSA calendar. Which track will be missing: Sebring or Detroit?
The arrival of Audi and 6 other manufacturers is great.
DLCs will be purchased as soon as they are released, keep it up.
I hope that the absence of the gear change animation (when automatic transmission is selected) will be fixed. This is a problem that arose with the arrival of Hitech formulas. So it would be nice to see this fixed.
Finally, the limitation of tires is a very interesting advance which adds immersion. Hoping that all the little problems with the customs championships will be fixed to take advantage of them.

My bet would be Detroit, which is very recent. But I could be wrong. By the way, the IMSA race in Detroit is tomorrow.
