No like... actual boat racing... like F1h2o (yes that's what they are actually called)

There's also the American H1 series which races hydroplanes, not powerboats... there's actually a hydroplane sim floating around (har har har)

Swedes and a lot of Arabs. I follow F1h2o. Not so much H1, despite being an American because H1 isn't broadcasted anymore (I've been to a local H1 Unlimited race).

Renato said in the PT. 1 that three new tracks are coming along with 1.6 in a DLC only Road Atlanta is confirmed. Sebring and CTMP are probably the other ones also coming.
