Hi..
Please work to ensure that the cars that have accidents stay on the track longer. I had an accident today and the crashed cars spawned back to the pit while they were still in the air, which makes no sense and no fun.They should stay on 0track for a least 1 minute.

 

The Acura looks soooo good, still hoping is one of the unconfirmed cars.

Guys, I tried it today on another sim, Road Atlanta, oh my God, what a track, very technical, challenging, and so much fun, I can't wait for it to be on AMS2. Come soon 1.6

 

That happens yeah, sometimes tho there is parts of the car laying around for like two laps. Don’t know if intended or not, but I’ll like for it to happen more

 

Saint-Devote corner is much more claustrophobic due to the barriers inside, and tabac corner is a bit different than today, a bit more rounded. Pit entry and exit and the full pit area is different and more cramped too. Also the kerbs were higher on Loews and nouvelle chicane; and as you noted, swimming pool section much tighter. I might be wrong , but also some minor tweaks on rascasse section too. But basically, full circuit had much fewer room for mistakes than current version, more unforgiving and claustrophobic than today.

 

If you are in just-crashed-and-flying-through-the-air-range, you are too close to reset. It only works if others are far enough away. It causes crashes because it doesn't account for cars that are far, but won't be far after the reset (or, shortly after).

Blue lines are modern version, red are from 1986 - 96.

I aggree, it is immersion breaking when a crash happens and the car instantly disappears. Even just having them retire at a location on the track where it is real, they should still be parked there for at least 30 seconds, and if a crash happens it should stay on the track for at least a minute since a FCY operation would clean that up .
