Reiza, please add the option to change the amount of fuel for the start in the locked setup lobbies

 

I've been very grumpy about the lack of updates but blown away by all this. Formula cars aren't my thing, but the vintage track pack should be fun with Group C and GT1 cars and I'm very much an offline player these days so the AI and wet weather improvements are monumental for me. Thanks for finally sharing the update, the humility it contains and thanks to the team for all that's gone into it.

It seems mean to be looking forward to the next update already, but it looks like content-wise, 2024 is going to be a dynamite year for my tastes!

 

This statement speaks of the greatness of those who lead Reiza. I was critical of the TT issue and the lack of communication. Today I have to congratulate you on the clarity of the statement and look forward to this new AMS2 V1.5.3!!!

Thank you for the update. Reading this makes me feel like it is what Formula 1 should be: All about technology and trying to get ahead of the competition. Not that Las Vegas circus this weekend.

Hey Renato - thanks for the soon comming update.
Conserning the revolutionary but banned automatic gearboxes (CVT) there is still a original Williams Renault left on a museum Tongelresestraat 27 in Eindhoven, Holland.
This car could be something other sims didnt have if you modelled it.

Contrary to the hate towards CVTs in modern cars, I never expected to see CVTs being tested in a race car. Let alone a F1.

Amazing news! Hopefully soon VR performance and visual gremlins will get some attention?

 

The emissive materials on sparks is said to be improved, is there any plans to improve the water spray? They already look great when there is low to medium spray however when there is heavy spray the particles seem too big and slow moving.

Perhaps this post seems negative due to the amount of information already given, that really isn't my aim. I am incredibly impressed with the development of AMS2 over the last year, the Reiza team have done incredible things I can't wait to see what 2024 brings.

If you've modelled the FW14B (My favorite Newey designed race car of all time - with loads of models of this Mansell driven car throughout the house) then all silence is forgiven

Oh man that would be awesome, 1979 and 1998 versions would be my pick!

 

Guys this update is so much more than I think most of us possibly expected, so excited for the new cars and tracks, but even more so for all the little tweaks and quality of life features. New safety cars for different classes, mid race full course cautions, appropriate driver gear for each livery, and sensible AI strategy and pit stop behaviour are the most exciting things in my opinion.
