Estoril with the 84-92 layout that has a proper T1 and no chicane at the uphill righthander would be killer. Monaco, I would love an 85 version with the mental lane changer instead of the chicane at the end of the tunnel. A 60s version without the swimming pool would be great too.

I think it would be a great help if you could be more specific with regards to classes and tracks, and maybe report concrete findings in the AI and bug report threads.

So the historical content will be growing even more soon... SWEEEEEEEET!!!!!

Spa and Nords from the 70s is great, but then we get teased with 3 other tracks that already exist in game... I wonder which 3 those are...

I hope for Monaco, Brands and Donnington...

It means that Nurberging dlc, three pt1s and Adrenaline Pack will exist in the 20-22 season pass.
Then, three pt1s will have pt2 or pt3 in the future, but they do not belong to the 20-22 season pass?

For me personally, a lot of the immersion with the tracks is the visuals, even if the layouts aren't massively different. We have here*:
    • 70s (TC, GT & F1)
    • 80s (Group C & F1)
    • 90s (GT1, ChampCar, Group A & F1)
    • 00s (F1)
    • Modern (Lots of classes)

So for me, the ideal is to have a version of a track like Monaco for each of these (personally I don't mind skipping the 2000s!). Even if the 80s and 90s ones are similar with just different adverts, effectively like 'skins' in AC, then I'd really appreciate them as that would be the version to match the cars. And that's what no game has had before really, so to me that's a USP of AMS2, having matching sets of cars and tracks builds a huge level of immersion (for me personally).

*an alternative structure could be 'Early 70s'/'Late 70s to Mid 80s'/'Late 80s to Early 90s'/'Late 90s to early 2000s'/'Modern'

I will buy any historic tracks with great length like that of Spa. I do not like short tracks...never touch them.

I secretly hope for a 2023-2030 new season pass.

Other than that, yay for the new incoming content, historic in particular.

    Expanding on this...

Estoril makes sense from an historical point of view: it was the place where Senna took his first win in Formula One, which could be coupled with the Lotus 97T, being one of the historical open wheelers mentioned, although the 98T would be better paired for the Classic Gen 1. And if you are talking about Senna, you are talking about Monaco.

What a joke. Imagine being happy you're not getting everything you already previously paid for, just to be a sheep and pay for it again. Disgusting business tactic when you're charging people upwards of 100+ USD for unfinished tracks and missing content. You're breaking down things previously part of a already paid pack to just smash it out to make another season pass to make more money.

I can relate to this. There's something about the 'time machine' experience that is just as much cinematic, for lack of a better term, as it's about the driving. It's not even really about nostalgia as I wasn't around back then, but I guess it's just the raw mechanical feel of the cars and the aesthetics.

I guess there are a bunch of tracks already in the game that haven't changed much over the years IRL and could be converted to historic versions with less effort. Off the top of my head I'm thinking tracks like Brands Hatch, Watkins Glen and Bathurst, but I'm sure there are more.

Don’t know, but IMO Silverstone don’t want their track in a game owned by a failed company

I am 100% certain Reiza won't lose Silverstone. It's probably just Motorsport/Studio 397 lost the license due financial reasons or so. Maybe they had to pay installments or something like that. Anyway. I think Reiza is doing a good job on offering content within the season pass.

I'm hearing rumors Silverstone is wanting their track removed from all games... I hope that isn't true, that would be appalling
