We only need snow like in PC2 to make the weather perfect. I want to simulate driving in a Swedish winter

 

Seasonal foliage is a beautiful thing in AMS2.

 

I am not sure I need it. This mood is probably enough for me. And some offroad content is on the way, it will be good enough to me for some fun.

 

Appreciate the explanation as always. Obviously small mod makers for AC are at way less risk of legal trouble than an entire game studio.

 

Snow probably isn’t for everyone. I experience it a few months a year and want my favourite sim to simulate it. I LOVE SNOW!!

 

I love the snow in games BUT, as someone who lives in Northern Minnesota I also hate snow in genral so much

 

OK, makes sense. The question is, does physics for snow exist? I don't think so and we don't want PC2 "physics", right? Maybe the new offroad one could be similar? How snow works?

 

I love to see videos of unprepared cars in snow. It is very fun to have and would love it! Nodody can convince me otherwise

The Indycar decision on MSG is frustrating. But Indycar strategy has been a mystery even before the BCG strategy work in 2012-13. The idea that a) you promote Indycar based just on speed and b) the series should avoid overlap with the NFL shows that the marketing team and consultants didn't understand the sport.

The selling points for Indycar are competitiveness and access - and Indycar has both of those in spades relative to F1. I love both series, but Indycar rarely misses a chance to exploit their advanatges.

 

I completely disagree that we have to be "fair" or "understanding" to IndyCar. They have made a terrible decision and it's our right as consumers of their product to voice our frustration about it. IndyCar is not my friend, it doesn't care about my well being, they only care that I consume their product, so since they made a terrible decision it's mine and everyone else's right to say "hey IndyCar you made a terrible decision." They made their bed and can lie in it. The details are semantics, they signed a public agreement with MSG that has ruined IndyCar experiences for probably tens of thousands of their fans, so no I'm not going to give them the benefit of the doubt. They struck a terrible deal with a floudering company and the backlash they are getting is showing how bad their decision making was.

 

Can we please leave the Indycar debate? They have a deal with MSG and we can’t change that fact. Let us focus on what is to come in AMS2 and not on if a choice was good or bad.
