I’m trying to send a PM but it’s not allowing me too, was trying to buy the week prior but had issues with paypal and by the time I came back it was locked out

Try going to Renato's profile, click on the information tab, under interact there's a link to start a conversation.

 

Thanks but on my side it has been solved it was the two other guys above who didn’t had the button to PM Renato. As I understood an admin needs to “validate” their account if they are new and then they will be able to write a private message.

 

I have a new account as well and there is no "start a conversation" link available to me

 

I have a new accounnt too and cant start a conversation and re login didnt help can i do something else?

 

One doesn't just lose money on PayPal. Smth you've done surely had a hand in it. If you now choose to not use PayPal ever again out of spite, that's your problem. You can't expect everyone to accommodate everyone else's personal quirks. That's just an unrealistic expectation.

And what exactly do you expect to go wrong with one purchase transaction if you use PayPal and charge to your credit card? You have buyer protection from both PayPal and the credit card issuer VISA/MasterCard. You see, its this spiteful attitude that's just shot you in the foot. But go ahead, blame others for your mistakes and keep making decisions that hurt yourself. Just don't come and complain to everyone else.

Sry, guys for being direct and abrasive. There was a complaint, though, followed by a comment "its not a complaint". You know, what, I'll edit my post and put a "I'm not critiquing, though." in the end. That makes it not a critique, same as his disclaimer in the end made his complaint not a complaint.

 

Renato has just answered my message to pay for the paddock club, but i can´t add an image to proof my payment. How can i add an image to a post to show him the payment? Someone can help me?

Upload your images to imgur or something and link that.

It's free, you don't need a paid account and it generates a link for you automatically after uploading.

 

Does "proof of payment" has to be only a picture? Maybe sending a PM with the sender's full name and transaction number (eg: docto number, pix id) could be another option?
