Will there be a way for Brazilians to take part on this @Renato Simioni? There is no option to choose to pay in dollars, we are getting this message:

 

I have a honest question.
Is anybody able to create a calculation of how much you save compared to the normal price for these car/track items?
If you join the Paddock Club I mean.
Because normally I just buy the single DLCs knowing that I probably does support Reiza better if I buy without a rebate.
But if the rebate getting this stuff via joining the Paddock Club is HUGE then I could maybe reconsider.

 

I think there is also a price for getting access to the content and discussions early than the open public.
In the long term, only time will tell if the content will surpass the absolute price/value of this program.
As AMS2 seem to have not slowed down its production cycle and issues with the game are being sorted out, maybe Reiza will be able to release a lot more content than before when they were more focused on solving things. Even if the content creator guys are not the coders I think the studio always has a clear focus on what's coming next.

 

Had to sign up and join as soon as I saw this announcement. Thanks to the guys at Reiza for your continuous hard work and dedication to this sim and its community

 

Impossible to buy here in Brazil, because paypal doesn´t accept any currency except dollar. Can someone help? I´ve tried many times to buy yesterday, but i wasn´t able to pay in BRL

 

I'm not into the beta stuff. Just to confirm, by joining, will I be getting all new DLC's as they are released into my "production" version via Steam as they are made available?

 

For time trial you need standard install, don't you?

 

You will get new dlc first on beta. Once released on production, you will have it there as well.

 

What a great opportunity! I'm in.

 

One thing I worry about it that this changes the economics of future, longer term, development. Short run, yes they are better off. Longer term? No so sure if there will no longer be any cash flow coming from its most dedicated user base. I think I would prefer some kind of a sunset to the membership, say after 2 or 3 years. In that timeframe the point maybe mute as they they maybe thinking about AM3 . . . Oh the hell with it! I just pulled the trigger.

i'd be interested in knowing how many dlc's reiza currently have planned for the future, 100 bucks is a good chunk of money

 

I do not think the goal of this offer is to get future DLC cheaper. It's more for enthusiasts that want to support Reiza and have access to betas and for which the money asked will not break the bank.

 

backing AMS2 is probably the best sim racing investment ive made.

 

You might want to re-read the introductory post and consider this bit in particular - "if you are just looking for a good deal and a chance to play updates early this probably is not for you, not least as playing early beta builds can often be cumbersome and there is no assurance the value paid for membership will grant any discount over buying the DLCs individually upon release."
