Dont worry guys, not our first rodeo :) we know how these things go.

Thanks for the kind words tho - those who feel that way please make sure to leave them on Steam too :p

Im a little bit underwhelmed, too.
But first of all the good things:
It runs well, it looks well and the FFB is quite good.
But the driving is not what I expected, sad to say.
The Formula Vee is a flat out car in AMS2, rather than a dancer on raw eggs in its predecessor or even rF2.
In the cars I’ve tested I miss the visceral connection to everything the vehicle does.
It’s just not that pure joy to drive in this sim. Sadly.

    Good luck Reiza.

Just one small issue I have with force feedback which also appeared in project cars 2 .Could you guys implement a soft lock option in the settings ?My wheel just gets a bit numb and that's about it

@Renato Simioni first of all, congratulations for the release, been waiting it for so long :)
just want to ask some questions, I'm on Simucube2 Sport, what are the "direct input effects" actually used by the sim? from the SC2 software, I see that only "Spring" is activated while driving, so do you suggest to use that effect? also, does the ffb works at 720hz? Will it be implemented a preset for DD wheels sometime in the future?
    Thank you very much!

    Apparently you saw it coming.
Not the easiest thing for sure to make a new sim with the wild expectations people have!
In any case, full support here.
Posting as much info as possible on Steam (to avoid misinformation, false claims, address some concerns, give perspective, etc) is probably a good idea though.

Very happy here! Couple quality of life/bugfix-y bits and pieces but it's oozing potential at the moment. If we can get a world scale slider (or even an option in an xml file) like PC2 had for VR and/or custom liveries then I might just live in AMS2 until this all blows over :)

For the ones that we are not backers of AMS 2 but we were for AMS 1 and want to give some feedback to help improve is there a subforum where we can do that? If you Reiza are interested in it?

People are so dumb theses days. SoI think that a big EARLY ACCESS screen would help. People on steam forum are mad cause championship does not work. They just buy it whitout reading and start to complain after.

I would not worry to much about the reviews, when assetto corsa competizione was first released in early access, many of the reviews were not good to say the least. But look at it now, many people think its the best sim ever made. The reviews for this game will get better and better as time goes on, once the smoke clears.

Do not think that this 0.001 s gap is going to hold forever! I'll see you on track again... :p

You already have Reiza51 access, don't you? You can post your feedback there.

Sadly I'm seeing a lot of scepticism and not much folk eager to get into the game at the moment. :(
Been doing the forums and also on our Discord interest seems to be pretty moderate, and if people do pick up the game a lot of those are reporting difficulties getting the feel right (probably due to bad FFB/wheel settings). I'll do everything I can to promote this game as I know and feel this is pure gold but to me at least it seems like the hype train ran into some delays.

    Congratulations on EA launch.
79% positive reviews for the current stage isn't that bad at all.

    Keep up the good work.

Seeing it as an overall number it hurts to me a lot, just because of one thing: Any simulation company have given as an EA Wjat Reiza has given as an overall experience, great FFB once you understand how it works and how to configure it, physics are good, though need more work to do in that front to get in my opinion to AMS 1 standard at least. Graphically it can have something but due to being in EA, the rest is astonishing the way it looks. And the amount of content??? Ridiculous...who gives such amount of cars and tracks in a first version of an EA??

Really dissapointed with the result people give
