I know but if its not enjoyable at the end, why do it? I know its ‚work‘ but at the end its our passion and we love it!

 

We get CTD's, so you don't have to.

 

It’s interesting and of course passion. And obviously curiosity to see the new features and will to help troubleshoot them

 

Bit of a random one here. Will there be any work done or planned to be on the visual damage models?

 

I hope for this too. Ams2s current hud makes the game feels dated even though graphically it's great. A more modern hud would be amazing

 

He picked the feeling of AMS2 over something like the original AC even tho the original AC was recently praised even by Verstappen. This just makes the hype for 1.6 even bigger. Could Michelin award a Michelin star to for this level of cooking?

 

3 FPS is a bit of a stretch. I wouldn't assume that considering the "In-Game Footage" label. And I'm sure Kunos don't want to get in trouble for false advertising.

 

That much bugs ?

 

I play a lot of assetto corsa last week. I discover mod for my first time. I conclude, I have everything I want on automobilista but in better. My only concern is my corner exit. I have a problem with the front of my car. My car spine and oversterr exacly like when I play at forza.

 

I personally don't need anyone to 'validate' 1.6. He has his own point of view, if 1.6 is good or not will be down to how I percieve it. If I like/love it then that's all that matters to me, and if I don't Nils opinion won't change my mind.

Although I must say it is good for Reiza if folk like Nils spreads the good word. I truly do believe Reiza deserves a lot more credit for what they do, and the passion they have. The sim driving world is very much richer for having them.

 

Like Michael Kyle say : euuuuuuuuuuuuuh NO.

 

Fair to say the ACE trailer has only made me more excited about AMS2's future over the next couple of years - doesn't look from what they've shown so far like there's much of a focus on representing real racing at all.

Give me an IMSA field at Daytona, Group Cs at a period Le Mans or 70s touring cars on a vintage Spa all day long instead please!

 

There are tons of examples of supposed in engine footage looking much worse in release than what is show in trailers. Again, there are many cheats that still qualify as 'in engine' that can be made to vastly improve visual quality. Hopefully AC EVO lives up to it, but it's a bit too soon to crown it as the King of Sims in terms of graphics. Let's at least see the EA before we make that judgement.

 

Well, some cars do sound amazing in RaceRoom, hearing the Group 5 Zakspeed Capri climb through its revs in that game is glorious, while the turbo tries to whistle and choke at the same time while downshifting.

Would not mind if Reiza eventually decided to add some group 5 cars, I know there are mods out there and Fred truly does an amazing job in general, but I'm curious to see Reiza's interpretation of some of those cars.

If the M1 Procar in V1.6 is anything to go by... it would be very enjoyable to drive.

 

Nils has bells of stall, daring to just casually throw that out there in a stream.

 

It's the nature of game development. When you add/change things, other things may get effected in a way where it doesn't work as it should. So then everything has to get brought into line and readjusted, in the end (if done well) it should lead to a better experience by and large. It's daunting and time consuming, but it's what has to be done in order for AMS 2 to become the most realistic version of itself it can be.
