Not a fan of rF2, but if you have no FFB, it's not the games fault. The FFB in rF2 can be violent at times. It's best known for it's physics, but that's subjective nowadays as other sims have moved ahead while rF2 remains stagnant.

 

Nan not me. You litterally need a reset force feedback bouton to enable your force feedback each time you want to play

 

I have force feedback on any other sim like le man ultimate. A guy on discord say that i need a reset force feedback bouton to make it happen. So it was not me at all

 

• Rfactor 2 will not be my secondary game. I give up. Raceroom will be before 1.6 came out very probably in christmast or 2025. The time reiza came back from their vacation. I will be there waiting for 1.6 and I am very exciting. I need to stop waiting for it because they give us no info about where they are in their work. I still think automobilista 2 have the potential to become better than acc and less expensive then overprice iracing. I still dream for a petit le man release but I doubt. Still dev update part 3 to come. But i am exciting as ****. Keep your good work reiza the sim community need you. I trust you solo sim racing is important.

 

Been playing RF 2 for years with a large group of racers, no one has that issue in our group.
I suspect you may be unlucky in that respect

 

People from the beta! Has anyone tried dirt races? RX, Formula Dirt, Kart Cross, etc? Anything you could tell us about the car behaviour? Is AI working alright now in tracks such as Tykki?

 

IIRC they actually now handle like I expect them to handle

By the way, since you're a "grassy" type of guy and not a "sandy" one, I'd recommend you to visit the mountain regions of Santa Catarina someday. Waterfalls, trails, hiking, good food, beautiful landscape. It's a wonderful place. Try Bom Jardim da Serra, Urubici or São Joaquim.

You have to do a lot of setup work within the games JSON-files, there are many threads about it in the official forums & I can only recommend going through them. If you find „your“ settings, the game is fun to race.
It‘s good that they straightened this up for LMU, but some of the options are still there, outside of the UI. What is more annoying: The last update introduced the micro stutter bug again (for the 2nd time!).

Doubt it, Marc Collins has been Marc Collins in every forum I've seen for the last 20 odd years LOL (At least it seems that long)

 

I understand the hype and appetite for novelty, but I am also surprised how some people here or on Discord seem so obsessed by when they will get this 1.6 update.

I do believe AMS2 has now come a long way since its launch, and is getting close enough to the right combo physics/FFB, especially if you go Custom.

I personally use J Pereira Custom Full FFB on a Moza R9, and the handling of cars in very various categories is really damn good already.
I just had an hour driving at Mugello (a mod) with the Ginetta SuperCup and oh boy it was fun, especially in VR on my PSVR2 headset

I then jumped for another 20min in Japan fav Godzilla (I live in Japan, in Nissan city Yokohama...) and what an handful it was to tame the beast.
