@Renato Simioni Copa Fusca too, please
I missed that one. Thanks
Thank you Renato!! Also, for me the FVee cars are very twitchy. The slightest steering input has me swerving all over the road. Prior to the 8.3 update, the FVees were fabulous in both handling and FFB! Thank you very much Reiza, for all your hard work and GREAT communication with us!!!
Ivy saves the day!
Guys is the camera settings per car working on the 0.8.3.0.1133?
"I've updated but nothing has changed in-game. No Puma P052, No Gt5 class, No Jerez layout (no Senna chicane) and no HUD options. Should I Reinstall?"
My version: 188.8.131.523
I'm in the same condition.... i'm sure to had boot not the "beta version" (i have both in steam library)....so what?!
Probably the "lock down" make me idiot.....
Man is night heavy on the GPU ! I cant get close to running it at my day settings GPU is at 99% and im only around 40 fps at parts of Imola
AI performance callibration passes for all cars
Renato et al, is it possible to let us know what has applied to which classes? Near as I can tell, nearly everything is more challenging to drive against, and the classes that were impossible to compete against are still impossible.
That is why I never drive in nights. It is just to recourse hungry.
Keep up the good work guys, this is awesome, really enjoying the game as well as the communication!
Hopefully as the engine develops it will get better optimized, i can run ACC fine at night and it's pretty awesome so will definitely run AMS2 at night if Reiza can get it running better and remove that reflection shimmer that is on the (carbon fiber maybe) back of cars when headlights hit them.
I haven't had any fps issues in any scenario yet, I cap mine at 72fps but have yet to see it drop below that even with a full grid and rain at night.
Go to ingame options and put to low car reflection, it is quite heavy on resources, same for shadows med-low works better.
Alco..can you compare FPS before and after the patch (maybe you remember it) because night lights have been reworked and Imola is one of the tracks with new night lights.
Yeah I always reduce the reflections and shadows. But I'm playing in 7800x1440 so i need to play with the settings to get a stable 60 FPS. During the day it is no problem at all. Sunset and nighttime and overcast are the FPS eaters.
To be far you are playing at single 1080p monitor with a 1080ti, im with 3 x that amount of pixels and getting down to low 40's at night with my settings at High . Im not going to lower my settings , i just wont race a night because the shimmer is still there on the cars .
I dont do night time generally because of the shimmer from cars with the Madness engine but was just testing because of the patch notes to see how it looked , so no sorry , i dont have any numbers to compare to .
What MSAA setting do you use? High or medium?
Back to the update--does anyone else have some strange graphics "strobing" effect on the coloured LED dash display in the new Puma?
