[/ QUOTE]
    Same thing for me

I also have the same problem on Imola at night
The gpu (1080ti) works at 99% with a current absorption of 100% !!!! Absurd!!!

Yeah I'm struggling with MSAA in anything other than low(VR), day time is fine I can run with like 20 cars fairly well, but at night time and rain I get in parts of the track a good amount time at a stable 40fps with Asynchronous on.
Same for performance headroom, really poor in anything other than day time.

Then again I'm talking about VR single-screen it runs perfectly no issues with all set to high and ultra.
MSAA is awesome but heavier than my entire rig put together:D

If you want to drive at night I suggest SMAA. It better than nothing. MSAA is nice during day.

It would be nice if we could maybe change AA on the fly! Then SMAA for night and MSAA for day would be an option but having a restart required kills that as a workaround.

Thanks very much for another great and timely update. The T1 behaviour indeed is noticeably improved, but only for those cars with pace off the line. AI cars such as the P4s, and P3 Roco take off like they're in 5 gear and can still be essentially thrashed before T1.

    A couple of concerns:

The wheels of nearby F Vee AI still vibrate like a dog sh!ttng peach pips, and the F Vee AI is still radically overpowered compared to the player.

The Sprint Race car is now very "bouncy", compared to the more planted feel in had.

The telemetry HUD is not editable.

God, I love this new game... I've played thousands of hours on AC, PC2, iRacing, ACC and this is BY FAR, my new favorite. The sounds, the graphics, but above all the FFB and tyre feel/grip is just above anything else, and this game is not even 1.0!!!

    I believe controller settings are stored in 'Z:\my documents\Automobilista 2\savegame\[your SteamID]\automobilista 2\profiles\default.controllersettings.v1.03.sav'.
EDIT: Corrected... you would see your specific Steam ID# in place of that.

partly right. This is the path on YOUR PC
    'my documents\Automobilista 2\savegame\....some numbers....\automobilista 2\profiles\default.controllersettings.v1.03.sav'
is more generic and fits to every user ;)

Just tested Imola at night and indeed on certain sections of the circuit my FPS drops from 60 to 40-ish with 99% GPU usage. I did another test on Brands Hatch and there I have stable 60 FPS with quite some room left on my GPU (I use adaptive vsync on 60 FPS).
