I've noticed the problem when racing in Interlagos and Silverstone. I can't say if it is happening in other tracks, but I believe it is, since the problem seems to be related to the new camera system, as some are saying.

    @Micropitt
There's no need to be condescending just because I corrected your misinformation. You previously stated that: EVO1/EVO2 were homologated separately.

I pointed out that they were not (Confirmed by the homologation paperwork), so there's no need for the 'At least you got that right'. I'm not the one making incorrect statements here...I'm going off legitimate paperwork which I've read as thoroughly as time will permit me.

You're even making more incorrect statements about 'Over riding' and homologation with the 5 speed box while not allowing adding/removing of gears (Changes). These are both untrue.

It's there in black and white regards the additional gearbox, in the very regulations you linked to. There is no limit to the number of gears. And there is the possibility to use two gearbox housings (Series and additional).
    Regulations
    jesus-christ.PNG

    Here again...from your linked Regulations:
    Variant Option

    jesus-christ2.PNG
And again, the corresponding homologation of said (VO) option:
    Homologation
    jesus-christ3.PNG

And as shown (Once again by the regulations), the EVO1/EVO2 is a revision (Evolution or Extension) of the homologated vehicle, nothing over rides unless explicitly specified.
    Regulations:
    jesus-christ44.PNG
    And the corresponding homologation:
    jesus-christ55.PNG

I'll believe what I'm trying to understand via the paperwork and such for the greater community rather than somebody who keeps just saying 'This is true'...'Oh no, you were right, but at least you got that right', 'Here's something else that's true' that seemingly isn't.

    So the TL;DR:
    • The Group A regulations state that additional (Homologated) gearboxes can be used alongside the series gearbox. (Both 5 and 6 speed gearboxes were homologated for article 5269 which covers the 190E 2.3 AND 2.5 as shown above via VO)
    • The additional gearboxes can make use of an oil pump if desired, a fan may also be fitted.
    • The gears of additional gearboxes may be changed.
    • The series housing may make use of series ratios or one set of additional ratios.
    • Additional housings may only use one set of the additional ratios.
That is all, make of it what you will, I'm simply collating information to discuss, decipher and correlate. No doubt my time researching and cross referencing will fall on 'some' deaf ears.

Okay. I actually found an article said:

“the fact that with a mechanical LSD, the high amount of torque in the JCW MINI causes the LSD to engage too quickly causing what’s been referred to as “anti-torque steer”.”

This solved my question. Nice work reiza~

I noticed terrible stutter at Bathurst but fps are locked tob60 fps with smooth frame time??!! As I did more laps it seems to smooth out but it's weird seeing that fps and frame graph is solid and smooth.

Since the early beta I've had major freezes on the first lap, maybe half a second, but subsequent laps are usually fine.

I have noticed some extra little stutters since the latest Beta version released last week that seem to be a little more frequent, but nothing like the complete freeze that the first lap gives me.

The Facebook page of Reiza said that their regular Monthly Development Update would be published on the fifth of October. But I can't see any update yet. Nor a new message with a statement that the update has more delay with a new date of the update. I am waiting for the update (or more news).

And somehow that has been simulated--just drive out of your garage spot to feel it. Very impressed with this vehicle (once they fix the silly default tire toggle and do an AI speed calibration pass).

I think the M1 Ai are off the pace everywhere, as are the BMW DTM Ai.

I raised a bug thread. At 100% skill they were 14 seconds a lap off my pace at Bathurst..

None of the new cars have been AI speed calibrated yet. I can say that with authority not because I am Renato, but because it is so obvious.
