Cyberpunk has been in development for years and still got delayed recently (again), so there is not necessarily a correlation ;)

yep. That was a hint to the copy & paste generation that thinks everything can be done with a fingersnip. You start thirsday, friday is deadline. No excuse for delay
Development does NOT start every months after release of the last version.
I remember back in the days when Nordschleife was released for Forza 5, Turn10 wrote about 10000 man hours effort to create NoS.
I'm sure it was not so long for Reiza, but i assume some hundreds of hours went in.

I see that too when creating liveries. Some write "can you make this or that. Just one more, please.
I'll pay for it if you create a historic set for league." Never thinking of, that one good livery needs 5 to 10 hours and you want 20 of it? That is more than a month of a normal workload. Do they really think about paying a full month salary to someone? o_O I don't think so.

It’s clear that it’s a lot of work and takes a lot of time but it’s another thing to always announce a release date and then not being able to meet the deadline. Maybe unexpected problems, maybe wrong time calculation...
But hey: first world problems! :D;)
On the other hand, Reiza will also “survive” some comments of impatient or disappointed users. At least it’s a good sign that people can’t wait for updates, which means there’s demand for their work/product which is a good sign in the economy...:)
