Thank you for the update!
-About the GT3 or GT4, we can't spin, they are too much easy, probably a TC issue, even without TC it's easy, I have compared to ACC or rF2, and in AMS 2 it's like a rail, no throttle oversteer like rF2 or ACC, it feels....really arcade.
The good point is the liveries are not bad at all. I was well surprised, they look very nice.
-The Nurburgring track seems very well made about the graphics, even if rF2 immersion is my reference today.
-About the FFB, I use a custom FFB, and I don't notice any difference.
-About the sound, we are not at all at the ACC level, even rF2 seems far better.....
In this state, I prefer ACC or rF2, without comparaison.
Congratulations for your work, you have a lot to do again.
Nice suspension control...
Thanks for the hard work, new stuff and improvements.
looking forward to later when I can test!!
"currently featuring" you say BMW and Mercedes GT4s in future perhaps?
Looking forward to checking out the GT4s, good chance to reacquaint myself with the Brazilian circuits (I've mainly played with the historic content until now).
Most important patch features to me are AI improvements, have any changes been made to multi class AI abilities?
it's the bouncing suspension issue I claim since the beta, and always present.
Automobilista 2 October 2020 Development Update
Bouncy tires - boooinngggg
Yep, they said it should be fixed now...
I feel sick just looking at it.
Just tested 30 Ai M1 Pro at Bathurst... A big step forward. Pace and behavior is much improved.. Thank you very much!
.. oh and one of my favourite tracks Nurburgring, looks great and the cup car interior is very nicely modeled..
great work devs!
I am a big fan of ACC sound and my car in ACC is Mc Laren 720s. And I have to admit that I fell in love with AMS2 mc laren sound couple hours ago. Very raw and brutal. Also the handling of the car is superb though probably slightly on the easy side compared to ACC version. FFB for me is on par with ACC. Also the sound of Porsche GT3R is awesome and having to downshift to 1st gear in some spare occasions i feel like the master of torture as the gearbox starts to scream so much that I feel guilty. Excelent job on audio front. Thank you.
ah so this is what the feeling i keep having looks like from outside....
I saw GT4/GT3 cars this summer at Imola and they looked super planted. This looks bad tbh.
Even if the car sounds maybe better at the moment or not,
1970s Stereo vs Surround sound cannot be compaired at any level AMS 2 surround sound in superb!
RF2 was Stereo only last time I checked (correct me if Im wrong)
For me it's not slightly but massively. I'm pretty sure the TC is bugged and can't be for the moment removed...
It's not "looking bad"... it's awful.
And there is someone even stating that "it drives nicely".
I believe there are other cars with similar issues as well. Really hope it gets worked on and not forgotten.
The Retros are having LSD differential issues since they were released with no fix in sight.
Yes there are...
We have posted (literally) hundreds of messages with proof about the diff issues but never received any reply about if and how they are (or will be) fixed. At the moment they behave better but settings are still obscure in their response...
... and you also fixed the Super V8 rev LED's which was not on the list...
holy **** the ffb...the 190e is spectacular now, it feels so much more alive and how i would expect it to, the feeling of weight transfer is fantastic. The difference is so significant.
I agree, Group A are great fun.
New content? Still al very long way to go...
you're not wrong GTs will need some tweaking, feels a little too difficult to break traction.
