    @Renato Simioni why cant you use the same physics for the AI as the player's? Is it too hard to implement or too heavy for the cpu? I think that most problems would be solved.
    The cars would behave similarly to us driving this way.

    Mostly tire/drivetrain physics are different. It's for performance reasons, yeah. Running the same tire for AI and player alone would be very performance expensive.

    It would not suddenly solve calibration issues btw. (Also doesn't for other games, using AI player physics). Would probably make AI too slow with some cars actually.

    It's time heavy, to get there for sure, but it's just one method of doing things.

    The best way to understand is to try and play Beam.NG’s multiplayer mod. That game does’t have an option to only simulate the player’s car physics and as such each player is forced to simulate all cars. Even if they are simplified a bit, having an in depth simulation per car quickly makes it impossible to race with more than 6-10 people.

    It would not be too different in AMS2 as somebody with a quad core would struggle very quickly and even someone with 16 cores top of the line processors would struggle to run a full 32 car grid.

    I restart a race 10 times, i thinks my f1 car had a "kick my but" sticker..(85 skill, 50 aggresion)

    We need a Bentley blower in AMS2, mechanics smoking fags whilst refuelling (1:03), and a crowd of spectators with trenchcoats on. Great clip that.

    @Eric Rowland Might be different in Real life back then. But virtual / gameplay-wise its a boring track :p

    Im pretty sure I watched all the players get a thumbs up in the race loading screen after Q when they readied up ,..? But i could be wrong , howevr i was watching with intent! o_O For me after the update my steering actually felt a-lot better , using g923 .

    Assetto Corsa uses the same physics for the AI as well as the driver. i think same with ACC.

    dev update would be nice to know

    Same was for AMS1 and rF2 AI is running on rF1 physics...

    Great how the suspension is traveling especially inside the oval.
    AFAIK in 1966 there were used small 1.5l engines so top speed was about 250kph. In 1967 the 3.5l came back and the cars reached speeds higher than 300kph about 315kph till 320kph.

    And we need some spectators sitting on the chapel:)

    Also worth pointing out that the last F1 race with the banking was (I think) 1961. It's used in the movie set in '65 or '66 but it wasn't in real life that year.

    Sportscars used it until 1969 with high speeds but there was a very tight chicane before each banked turn.

    The combined circuit used with late '60s cars is just a hypothetical 'what if' question for video games.

    The real "what if?" scenario is driving the 10k layout with either F-Classic G1 at full turbski pressure :D

    Anyone else not got the monza tracks appearing on track selection after update ? It’s on multiple player / online lobby were others have created a game but It’s not on my track listings for single player.
