The license is for the cars, not the brand. :)
There is a Metalmoro Honda P3, but no Hondas.
The Lotus have a "Powered by Ford" sticker slapped on the engine bay.

The Brabham BT46 has the Alfa Romeo Logo on its Alfa Romeo Flat-12, still to this day I see no Alfas in AMS2.

I'm more fond of "moderately fast in, massively sideways out."

Also, this would be nice to do in AMS2. Maybe someday, if Reiza blesses us with some good drift boxes.

Drift cars could possibly be in the Extreme pack they plan on releasing, it wouldn't surprise me given the fact they were in AMS1

I noticed that the pit limiter is working weirdly with some cars. At least GT4, GT3 and P4 exhibit this behavior: when the pit limiter is on and you accelerate to the max, speed oscillates between 59 and 60 alternatively, creating a weird and unpleasant effect. Other cars (such as GTE and mini JCW for what I tested) stay at a fixed speed of 59.

In new TSI cars speed dial shows incorrect values. For example when speed is 130 km/h speed dial shows only 100 km/h.

That's an issue with Livetrack taking too long to soak the track. Also a legacy bug you can have rain flooding down and the track looking like a swimming pool visually but when Livetrack says 'not yet' it basically feels like you're racing in the dry. I haven't tested rain in AMS2 lately but that's something that goes back to the PC2 days.

    It's driveline elasticity, it's normal ;)

I will let @oez go into more detail but basically that is the driveline elasticity at work. You are putting the full force of the engine, amplified by its 1st gear into the driveline and hit the limiter. Power is cut off and fully applied and cut off again, repeat ad nauseam. It's not a weird behaviour, but rather a natural behaviour of quickly turning power on and off, its intermittent power delivery flexing into the moving parts.

In order to avoid this issue the solution is quite simple: apply less throttle. :)

I agree. The only thing we are missing as I can't seem to see it is the side to side rocking when standing still and revving a longitudinal mounted engine.

Something about sitting at the lights and waiting for them to go green as you rev and rev while the car rocks back and forth.

Also mixed with buttkickers while in VR is really immersive. :)

As others already said this is expected. But the way the pit limiter works it does amplify it a bit. GTE should also do it though. Understandable that JCW doesn't because it doesn't have elasticity yet.

Well the thing is aswell as having it set to medium rain I also made sure the tarmac was also set to wet so the track should already be wet, rather than having to wait for the rain to soak it
