That would be a real shame, it was very popular in AMS1 and pCARS2 as well. It would be an enrichment for AMS2.

 

Maybe this has been asked elsewhere, but will you be adding a control option to adjust turbo boost? Unless I'm missing something I never saw such options, and it was uncommon for champ cars to be running at full boost and full rich mixture all the time.

But you're dreaming of something, that is (currently) not possible. There is no full dynamic system and as long as not everybody in multiplayer is using it ( yes there are still people that havent installed or wrong version) you can simulte rain , temperature and light, but you cannot assure that everybody uses it. Then some MP people race in rain and others see a clear sun. Or all you have to do is tweak some local paramters and you also are in clear weather. Nice, but ridicolous.
Yes, Sol + CSP is a great mod for AC, but as long its not a standard its not useful for overall use. Just for fun.
BTW. I wrote some versions of the german installation manual for Peter. So, yes, i am sure someone who has no knowledge about SOL

No i dont think so, i think there will be another beta released and then within 1 or 2 hours the main update, thats usually how it goes, but ofcourse i love to be proven wrong. Lol

 

Unfortunately there's no new beta available, what you did saw was possibly an own rating update.
Anyway, I can't see any sign to lost optimism for a Christmas update. And even if postponed, Reiza is doing a very good job and deserve all my faith regarding the future of AMS2.

Oh you know, I have a limited time to simracing, and I must go back to work away from home soon after Christmas to only come back each 15 days. But that's my life and my work. And well, I can wait, but of course I`m hoping for this Christmas gift.

 

I think we also need in-car adjustable differential for racing in interchangeable weather and adjusting the car mid-race for different compounds and tire wear, track conditions, etc. Maybe it would be better to display the diff setting as a percentage or "unit" like we can do already with springs and whatnot, and at least expose those settings to the ICM. Preferably we would also have key bindings. This is a necessary feature imho.
