Emmentaler in connection with Belgium is very strange for me as a Swiss. But there will probably be an Emmentaler offshoot everywhere in the world.

I can confirm, I also eat Emmentaler bolognese with a bit of spaghetti

 

From the grouping only Mozarella is for Pizza.
Parmesan is for pasta.
Bergkäse and Emmentaler best with good european bread.

In Europe there are so many different delicious kinds of cheese. I love it.

 

As in a cheese souffle? They're the gastronomic equivalent of a landmine...
Molten cheese and piping hot air inside.
Good though, a classic.

 

Or cheese in a Cordon Bleu is also delicious.

 

How can Europeans call Americans fat when a Cheese stick the size of a small Honda exists...

I would be honored and die laughing if something like that happened. Like have a cheese wheel hidden in the interior of one of the cars or something.

 

You know, I'm very surprised no one has said Swiss, because that's another one of my favorites for sandwiches especially. Ruben sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, Philly Cheesesteaks... Goes good in everything.
