A new release candidate build of Automobilista 2 is now available as a Steam beta branch for those interested in testing the new update before its official release in the coming days.

at least this gives some hope for them to fix the replay system, when half of the time it doesn't respond to the mouse hovering over the buttons

Seems there's another Stock2019 situation: the soft tires on the FV12/V10G1 have blank names in the menu for some reason upload_2022-5-29_18-33-56.jpeg

All the F1 cars on the new tyres (except the FClassic G3M1 which has massive understeer) feel really good, as does the Group C. I was hoping the new wub wub updates would have finally eliminated the horrible discordant noise that is the old rev limiter sound, but no it's still there. Can that sample just be deleted from the game, please? I'd rather have no sound than that awful noise.

Disappointed to see no fixes or updates for multiplayer once again since it's the bit in the game that desperately needs the most love at the moment, but glad to see the new tyre updates are going out to more cars at least. Hope we get some sort of developer update soon!

The pit limiter needs to be set to a higher hertz as well. The wub wub wub wub in the pits is a bit much.

Yes, I think the f1 cars feel a lot better. F-Reiza feels good now, I never like that previously.

I think its possible to delete the bad rev limiter noise, I cant remember exactly where the file is located.

You just need to drop the throttle input a little until it doesn't "wub wub wub wub" as hard anymore, then you can go back to full throttle and it stays on the lower level of "wub wub wub wub" iirc :D
Definitely should be fixed in the future though.

Me too and I think they'll arrive next...hopefully with 70's Nurburgring!

I took the Porsche 962 and the Formula V12 around Kylami and they were great fun!

I've noticed some duplicate driver names in the list since the last update, in my case that was with V10 Gen 1. Even in Single Races, not just Championships. I'm using a 1997 F1 mod.
Some drivers are twice in the list. I don't know why that happens. The custom AI file seems correct to me.

I've tried several things without any success, for example:

    - Removed my own livery from custom AI
    - Removed two Mercedes Test drivers / added both test drivers
    - Changed number of opponents

I don't have this issue with build 1.3.5.2, only with 1.3.6.x and this new RC build.
