I can’t see an update in steam which means it is a private beta thing

For the last time, we who are not beta testers don’t have it in the RC.

 

Restarted Steam, checked once again if I have Release Candidate enabled and it is still not there.

 

I also have Indy in the RC, but like Dady I'm and early backer, so it may be due to that.

 

This has to be some sort of glitch or something, but hey instead of arguing it's validity I'm gonna ask about the quality of the tracks

Did they ever justify why they are removing liveries?

 

Yeah me too, just checked, it's there and I'm not aware of an update to the RC that happened recently. Looks like those with access to the closed beta also already have Indy in the RC.

Quality-wise it's on par with any other recent tracks, but since it's still in beta I doubt the scenery is fully complete yet. If you like the track itself or not is another question, I'm not a big fan of the Indianapolis infield layout, the Oval is a classic tho.

 

Or a DLC thing.
For me RC update was 390 KB.

 

I'm so dissapointed they aren't including the older GP layout considering we have the cars for that layout. (Hopefully without the tire failures this time). I have a personal vendetta against that final chicane, because it compleatly separates the main draw of Indy, the oval, from the road course.

I like the layout, but it is good that Reiza have added the layout used in GT3 racing unlike ACC

 

Historic version should came later...

 

Due to how the Madness Engine works, there's a maximum number of liveries per class. Cases where they've removed liveries have been where a classs had a full set of liveries but they updated the game to have more cars in the class.

Also some of the liveries were renamed a few months ago because the old names had the phrase F1 in the name and Reiza doesn't own the rights to use that name.

 

I have bought all the DLC, also the Racin USA full expansion pack. So, maybe it has to do with some glitch or it is only there for Reiza backers at the moment.

 

is that a memory limitation or something?
