Historic Bathurst and historic Nords. Sorry, thought everyone, especially you being so active here, already knew that.

Again, I think he's talking about Nurb and Bathurst even though I'm counting those in my mind as new tracks because they're so different

    Yeah, I was right.

But how does Snetterton and Imola connect to Bathurst and Nurb?

The mysteries of programming of a very complex game/simulator. I am assuming that there is some fix that applies to new or all tracks that might prevent the problem that caused Snetterton and Imola to screw-up in the first place, since neither had been touched prior to the last update. Just a guess, because we really have no need to know the specifics.

I agree, let Reiza work. As for the delay, it is not abnormal to release a February development update in March, I am leaving the 2022 Accounting Reports in March 2023.
Let's rejoice, car competitions are back: Nascar, Formula 1, IMSA...
Finally, Reiza usually brings more than expected so let's wait for the good surprises.

We should see nothing. But hopefully that nothing includes not repeating the Snetterton/Imola problems again in the future.

I knew. Just as @Dylan Hale I count them more like new circuits and not layouts

No worries, but be aware the rest of the world and the UI in the game does not.

As we're waiting for the update containing Bathurst 1983, let's enjoy how capable the average AMS2 user is around far simpler tracks like Interlagos.

That is the average open lobby at the minute... I would love to see locking of higher performance cars in game for MP for people who do not have enough SR and performance rating too.
Let them drive the Fiat Uno until they learn the existence of radar function in AMS2

I'd say that is the average open lobby of almost every sim in history, ever.
Race with your mates only, or in a league if you take it seriously.

I've joined some lobbies and had some good experiences.
I'm the kind of player that jumps in and keeps like 1~2h in the game and gets out.
People sometimes struggle with setting up the event with strange time for practice/qualy/race.
I avoided many races where the lobbies were extremely long for nothing.
In other words, we have the mp barrier and the nonsense player barrier.
I think daily races can be a good addition to the game to have some nice combo and event duration.
    That's my short experience.

Definitely agree. Even something like a few servers that rotate a new track every day or so with scheduled races every hour or so would be a huge improvement. I've seen a ton of lobbies with 20 minute practice and qualifying, with a six lap race on a circuit which takes a minute and a half to run, so you end up racing for less than half the time you practiced and qualified.

Tbh its no different to mazdas in iracing, ams2 need more players and skill ranked lobbies to keep lobbies clean. ACC is nice with the SA rating, rather then the discrete letter ranking in ams2/pc2
