Someting seems wrong with the Nissan R89C LD.
No engine sound onboard and FFB seems reversed.
tried at Daytone, almost undrivable.

 

Easy way is to check the cockpit cam from f1 22

with numpad + and - you can switch your positon on the track. that is that you can feel you like a audience

I am probably missing something but I created a new controller profile ( new wheel!) and named it. Now when I switch between the 2 wheels, I still have to rebind the buttons. What did I do wrong? Thank you

 

Probably need two different profiles or are you using the different mapping? Can you give more detail on what wheels?

 

I am using 2 totally different wheels with different mappings, each having their own unique profiles but each time I switch, even though the mappings are correct, they need to be rebound.

Then I understand, sorry. This seems weird. What you are trying to do works for me, but both of my wheels are from Fanatec

 

Is it me or C8 is awesome but rather sensitive in high speeds? I almost always lost control in high speed.

 

Can it be due to low downforce? Does it happen when turning or on the straight?

 

A work around, but what if you just want to watch this in your HMD? I can't think of any technical reason that this is different in VR as opposed to on a monitor.
It's been like this from the beginning i think, and pressing +/- to move track cams is a faff.

+1 for bringing the VR trackside cams inline with how this works on monitor.

 

It feels like too much downforce on front which you can't change for a road car. It's on fast "straights" on Nordschleife. So you want to small correction and car lose the end. Otherwise amazing addition, again, like new game.

 

Don’t know how realistic that is, but seems odd
