Good to know then, haven't experience that myself, have raced a lot of rain races and everytime it was visibly raining everywhere but the moisture levels where different, even some parts quite dry.

Still think the visual representation of the rain needs work, light rain seems too heavy, but because it's actually "light rain" the track takes too long to get wet. Makes for a rather strange scenario when you see what looks like rather considerable rain falling but it takes 15-20 minutes for the track to start getting wet.

 

Any news, is it really coming before end of the february?

As I matter of fact if I am not wrong in AMS2 it is already possible to have different weather conditions in different areas of the track

If Nurburgring 71 isn't ready yet, no worries but do you know if that means it wouldn't be here until the April/May update or there's chance to sneak it in between now and then? Please show some screenshots or some WIP pics/video to show it off!

 

Will there be a fix for the bugs that came with the latest update in near future?
There are no drivers in F_Classic cars anymore when using custom liveries, Snetterton is broken etc.
Since two month, we are waiting for a fix.

 

Or a weighting system for randomization. A few leagues I've raced with tried different approaches for adding weather into a race. With random weather it prioritized having at least one heavy downpour per weekend, but the "real weather" and picking the date at random seemed to be a better as a cohesive experience.

 

Yeah I get you . I'm thinking the option to completely turn off heavy rain and thunderstorms might be an easier fix than sorting the ai wet weather pace / grip related to the players physics.
Just want to be able to have a single player experience with random weather without having to abandon because of the unfair advantage the ai has in soaked track conditions.
Here's hoping anyway.

 

Renato, a question:

There is obviously a reason why we are not getting the Cascais 1988 other track layouts. Is it:
a) You don't think anyone will drive them
b) they will take up too much disk space
c) they are not licenced (can't be with Cascais, though, right?)

I'm just sad that we do not get all the layouts from there. There are definitely some unusual ones.

 

I just heard that Fontana should get an upgrade. The 2 mile oval will become a half mile oval. Nascar is racing the last race on the 2 mile track.

 

I did that with my F-Classic 4 liveries so hoping to see the drivers in them after the next update. Also hoping that the Copa Truck - Vulkan will have the livery template ready for custom livery use. Oddly enough there is a folder called ftruck_volvo but adding any test livery into it does nothing.

 

Not played in a while - have all the oval bugs been fixed yet?

 

I have renamed all the liveries and xml (from Gen3 to 4) and they are all in game, but no drivers inside the car. Also no drivers in Gen1 and 2, where there was no change. Has nothing to do with the creators, just a bug invented by Reiza two months ago.
