Steam says the update is 88 GB, is it normal? I recently installed the Indycar mod.

A glitch on Steam's end I would bet, mine was 41mb. I have a bunch of mods installed so that's not the issue. (They just stop being usable until the new bootfiles come out)

So I might be answering my own question, but anyway, is the AI calibration pass like an overall AI balancing of that particular car class?(wet speed,BOP between cars, overall speed, etc) Or just a calibration on how fast/slow they are overall? Or something completely different?

Unfortunately it was actually that big. I just bit the bullet and downloaded.

It's not a 88gb download. If you pay attention, you can see that Steam's just validating the whole 88gb install size of the game,. Seems to be a 230mb download.

Hello, there is a problem with the Formula classic Gen4. The driver's hands are badly positioned on the steering wheel for models 1 and 3.

what the heck... the update jacked up my steering and FFB. cant get eh car to turn without 90 degree steering input.

I am about done with this game. My favorite sim, but it keeps getting messed up with mods that are not as simple as they should be to install, and updates that reset user preferences. Thats the only thing it could be. I was racing last night and update, trashes the setup... what the heck

nope, recalibrated my wheel and the steering is really messed up. Nothing, nothing, then everything... still have to over correct. JUST LEAVE the FFB alone.... you had it perfect, but now you have fixed it until its broken

I have both the beta and release versions installed and neither have any issues with controller configurations. Everything is exactly where it was left prior to the most recent update.

And, I am using mods (with the not simple procedures), but everything still works fine. Of course, I updated the boot files prior to running the release version, as required by the mod process. If it is too annoying, there is a very simple option--don't use mods. AMS 2 doesn't officially support mods and until/if it does, the process will be clunky. It's the user's choice if it's worth the bother.

There is something local to your machine/set-up that is causing a problem.

REPAIRS, FIXES, AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DON'T DO TESTS, THEY CREATE OTHER PROBLEMS, NOW THE GEN 4 V12 DRIVERS ARE HOLDING THE GEARBOX INSTEAD OF THE STEERING WHEEL, THEY ARE SITTING FURTHER, MAKING THEIR NECKS APPEAR ON THE CAMERA

I wonder if that little update earlier today is the last update for the month?

    I doubt it...

But I guess it may depend on how far they get with the Sudschleife and what they fixes they can bring in without that being released...
