Im guessing that they modelled the entirety of Adenau, so you can turn right after ex muhle and explore

Edit: You can drive down the ramp, but there is an invisible wall under the bridge, and the buildings have low detail and are half-sunk into the ground.

 

Now it works.
Nordschleife seems actually like a friendlier version of what it is today, because no high curbs discourage you from abusing the edges of the track. On the other hand, Südschleife doesn't need the moniker "Green Hell", as it already goes by "I want you to die".

By the way, Steilstrecke is drivable

 

What a masterpiece. Amazing.
I was thinking about trying the modern Corvette supercar first, but went with the 1974 Porsche and I am SO GLAD I did

(some minor performance issues as to be expected, honestly I don't even care )

I like it, just delete the lap or drop them a lap behind and let people explore. The little village at Ausfart was kind of cool and some of the dirt back roads still function.

 

I just did a few laps of the full north and south "Gesamtstrecke" (don't know how to spell it) and it's absolutely fantastic. I can't believe I did not hit the fences yet since there are no "curve ahead" warning sign anywhere (which I like).

So I know it's not a particularly impressive lap, but still wanted to leave this here solely for the fact that it took me 17 (!) laps to even get to this somewhat decent level. Südschleife is nothing short of insanity.

Heaven might be the M1 Procar at '71 Nurburgring.

(The Lotus 72E says to be careful with kerbs...)
