Automobilista 2 V1.4.7.1 & Nürburgring Historic Officially Released - Now Updated to v1.4.7.2

I'm deactivating only the modded bootfiles before every update. If i have forgotten that (update WITH activated bootfiles) i deactivate bootfiles, verify inftallation and activate bootfiles again. That's it...

PS: To reactivate mods you have to wait for the actualized bootfiles. But this actualisation is normally done very quicklly!

Bootfiles...

The bootfiles for the old version do not have the updated trd and crd lines in the track or vehicle lists...

Anything new in an update will not be picked up by the bootfiles as a result...

 

So you do activate the old boot files anyway?

Nothing i do lets the RC even boot! Ive verified with mods enabled, un activated, changed from RC to previous back to RC with and without boot files and now the game bug splats.!!??

 

Are the 2023 Stock Cars the same body shape as 21 and 22 ? I'd be curious to transfer my NR 22 liveries onto them, if they look exactly the same way but feel different enough / better than the older cars.

Nords 71 reminds of the first time I tried the modern Nordschleife on AC. Weeks and weeks of driving it and always an off track and invalid laps. Only difference with this one is that off track would have meant death or serious injury. Challenging to be fast and valid!

 

Yep, with and without mods still in the folder, with boot files in and out and now reinstalling.
I really need to look into that content manager I saw on RD, I just keep getting messed up with mods in AMS2. This will be my 3rd reinstall in recent weeks since installing mods and I'm really going to need it worked out for these Group 5's coming soon.

 

Thunderflash will make its mods compatible with AMS2 Content Manager. Let's give him time.

 

You are right! I don´t need to use it when I can use it in BETA!

 

I did the same thing, but then was getting a crash at launch - which sent me down rabbit holes.
Per IronManAB78's advise, seems like I should have verified game files after this.

Yeah they're the same, skinning should be easy (this means the Cruze model is still pretty inaccurate but I should be usued to off models, I used to play Forza )

Yeah nah hardware is fine, thanks though. If I don't have a hardware problem it is my GPU isn't fast enough Reinstall of AMS2 and it's fine, was something with the mods and me being not very competent with installing them in AMS2

 

This car is so good right now! Exceptional combo!
