The track looks and feels great! Know it's RC and all, so the AI needs some work, specially at the end of the very long straight towards the end of the lap after the bridge( dont lynch me for not knowing the name ) when trying to overtake they crash pretty spectacularly. Also saw some tires from other crashes but didnt see exactly where the crash happened.

Still its a real joy driving the F-Vintages on such an amazing circuit. Also had no issues with the mods, just deactivating them before updating caused no issue.

 

Not sure if you got it working yet but you need to make sure that the mods and bootfiles are deactivated in JSGME. I don't believe just removing the files is enough and maybe what is causing it to crash. Once deactivated then you just need to verify the files on the release candidate build.

 

Yes with regards to mods I just deactivated the bootfiles and then installed the release candidate and it worked .
Just got to keep an eye out now for the new bootfiles after the update is official.

Great job on the Nordschleife and Südschleife. It’s a lot of fun with classic f1 cars and the M1 procar. Thank you Reiza.

 

Also have to say that the grip in soaked conditions is vastly improved at least in the F-Vintages, can keep up with the AI without the need of TC and the car behaves very nice, challenging but not impossible.

The custom championship weather bug is still present unfortunately, though nothing was mentioned on the patch notes, so it's understandable.

 

The physics of the touring car is simply amazing in combination with the new sounds of screeching tires! All modified cars have lost this lack of grip on the rear wheels, now the loss of grip is intuitive, understandable and natural. Especially noticeable on Mini and Lotus, I have never drifted on Cooper with such pleasure! Thank you, Reiza!
On a very weak computer, the FPS on the nordschleife is excellent

 

So I am just posting while doing some testing and in Kyalami historic a lake forms on the esses that the AI have a lot of trouble with when the track is damp, they enter the corner too fast and spin.
They also lose a lot of time on the puddles that form on the inside line of the corners, so I think it would be great if the AI can be coded so that they evade and change their lines on the huge puddles that form on the corners, instead of just slowing down. Would make them much more realistic IMHO.
