I'm not sure, I've heard there are things about LiveTrack3.0 that make mid race saves very difficult to implement.

Ferrari must be one of the most expensive licenses to buy. Either we have a big selection of cars, such as Porsches, Mercedes, Ginettas, etc, or we can have two or three Ferraris for the same price. I don't think Reiza have so much money to risk.

I have a question. Does Circuit Bugatti have anything to do with Bugatti, that very expensive super cars brand? If so, Reiza should pay for the rights of using the name of the circuit, right? Is there any other way around, like calling Suzuka Sakitto or Monaco Azure?

It was named after Ettore Bugatti, the person, who founded the original Bugatti car company back in the early 1900's. Not (directly) related to the current Bugatti car company or the prior two from more recent times that came after the track was built and named. I presume the licensing of Le Mans includes any and all relevant or noteworthy names, brands, marks, etc., as is normal in licensing processes.

Reiza should at one point just make a Ferrari DLC with classic F1, GT and LM cars. There’s just too much history to leave aside.

Racing on Italian tracks without the roar of the Italian engines seems odd idk ( not counting alfa romeo for whatever reason )

I just don't think this logic is really works, the price of licenses isn't solely based on our perceived prestige of the brand, at the end of the day brands set the prices they want based on what they think they are worth but also on their goals and "attitude".

Porsche is so prestigious it's arguably is "too good for F1" and they are at the very least as popular and prestigious as Lamborghini, yet their cars are everywhere.
A lot of people argued in the past that if Le Mans wasn't in AMS2 it was because it was so expensive, I mean it's Le Mans, but no. Renato said it himself, it's not AMS2's most expensive track, the issue probably was to simply convince them to do business with Reiza in the first place.

Which gets me to my second point, every brand has a vision for themselves, brands like Porsche are probably very trigger happy with licensing, they like to have a presence everywhere, including games and sims. But for instance Toyota barely exists in hardcore racing sims and Reiza would no doubt love to have the GT-One, Lexus GT3 or the GR010 to come with the soon to be released hypercars, but it's not happening (yet at least). Toyota probably isn't much interested in doing business with "small" Reiza, they decide how they handle their brand, price doesn't matter here. And I think Lambo isn't too different in that regard from what I heard in the forums of other sims.

Besides the price of licenses aren't set in stone, they are negociated on an individual basis and I'm pretty sure turn 10 studios and and polyphony digital probably, being stacked with cash, had to pay Ferrari per car more than KW studios did.
Also quick note, the licenses for the Toyota stock cars was probably bundled with the Stock Car Pro license.

I'm sure people would pay a lot for a Fefe DLC with some V12 of old and the 499P... :p

Cause Porsche gets it. They want their Cars everywhere cause maybe the Kid playing the game will buy a Porsche when older.

BMW is probably the best brand, they also want their stuff everywhere, remember they gave a DTM 2021 car to RF2 for free.

I think Reiza, with a much tighter budget then others, did a decent job with all the licensing.
