Anyhow, another question for vr users using reshade..... anyone of you guys succeded inhaving a correct depth buffer, enabling all the depth shaders (like global illumination, ambient occlusion, volumetric fog, etc.) ?
In 2d I can access it and play with it, but once I am in vr I do not find any of the depth buffers captured by reshade actually working....

 

Btw, how do you access the depth buffer in 2d? I can't make it work I want it mostly for the DoF in screenshots (the in-game one is quite harsh). Maaaybe a global illumination thing.. Thanks!

 

You already have reshade installed?
I use "DisplayDepth.fx" shader and then try all the depth buffers available i nreshade second tab.
I am pretty sure that it was working fine.
And I double confirm that the correct depth buffer is not avilable in vr, tested again yesterday, also trying to remove all the potential graphics options (MSAA, post processing, etc.) that could somehow "hide" the depth buffer to reshade.

I could see the full hybrid simulation coming, that was mentioned or teased in one of the dev blogs, perhaps together with a Fefe ? oO

 

I also hope that means they’re bringing brake migration

 

Let's see. It's not only the simulation of the hybrid, it's also the virtual energy concept used by the WEC and IMSA.

 

Oh and i'd literally kill for a Mustang GT3 Gen 2 Perhaps as part of the rumored upcoming Racing USA Pack

 

I am hoping it would finally include ANY US stock car, from any era, so we can finally have a real Nascar car in the mix.
EDIT: Or hell add an Euronascar, it will work for both US oval racing, road course racing and the Euronascar tracks like Brands Hatch !

heck even a generic oval stock car woulda been fine

but well more ovals are needed for that which im not sure if it will happen happen until the endurance focus end
