The new FUG2 is so much better than the old one, it's night and day. It's a way better representation of what AMS2 is to F1 fans trying it out.

I did notice the ERS works differently than the old model, was that intentional?

Fantastic work by everyone at Reiza to provide us with yet another quality update. The 2024 Stock Car and F1 Ultimate Gen2 classes really whet the appetite for V1.6. In the meantime, the updated FFB tweaks to virtually all of the remaining formula cars further refine a very consistent FFB feel across the various machinery found in AMS2.

I think that I have some kind of game setup and/or hardware issue.
If I enter a breaking zone, the FFB always gets "light" and the car (it's the same with every care) starts to "wander around". In this situation I don't get a response from the FFB and I don't know what to do, so I often spin out. If I exit a corner, the same thing happens when I step onto the gas: The FFB get's light, the car starts to wander & I don't know what to do.
It is the same on the new Stock Car and on the new F1 car for me.
Increasing engine breaking and decreasing the clutch in setup to 2 might help a little, but not too much.
I'm using a Moza R9 Wheelbase with the Moza GS wheel and Asetek Forte Pedals.
Any idea what I might be missing in this case?

Hello Reiza. Do you eventually intend to add a tire puncture system to the game? That would be great, with of course the possibility of activating it or not in the options so that everyone is happy. Thank you for your passion and your work.

They are adding tyre damage stuff for V1.6 so I would assume so

Hey y'all, hear me out — this AMS2 game may be pretty good. ;)

In all seriousness I'm loving the changes I can detect in this update. I may actually try racing a bit more with the stock cars, and the tracks that received updated textures, foliage, and shaders, look fantastic. Just so happy right now!

I hope you are right, because the development of this can perhaps be complicated. But I really hope they do it given the attention they pay to the realism of damage in the game.)

I can't see the tire compounds on SC 2024 when try to change them in the setup page. Is it just me?

I did a few laps at Spa with the new F1 Ultimate Gen 2, and I immediately felt connected to the road. The grip of the tires and their deformation were very detailed (with a DD+ 15NM). I haven't driven much with the old version of this car, so I can't really compare, but I'm very eager to test this new physics with all the cars in the next update.

The tyres do have damage already, what with flat spotting and damage due to overheating. You can even get punchers at the moment, but the likelihood of them happening has been dialled right down at the moment.

I didn't like driving the F1 Ultimate until now :D
The sound was "off", the grip levels didn't make sense to me etc...
The V10 Gen 2 is fun but has no tech toys so the Formula Reiza was my goto class for my "highspeed screaming engine fix ".
But now ... for me the BEST F1 sim in VR, the choice in F1 generations is just Reiza showing off :p

The audio in this update seems to be more polished than before, in all classes
Even on basic speakers from the reverb G2 everything sounds better!
no more headphone audio mix

Are you sure about the punctures, I'm not sure... But if you say so I'm willing to believe it.

With those new mirrors in F-Ultimate Gen2 I lower some settings to use better mirrors quality, because they are amazing in VR.

New water shaders are great in replays, and even better racing in VR, because I never see any water when racing, so, no drops in performance.
